Elden Ring - Fighting an Erdtree Avatar

Well even the trees in Elden Rings want to kill me, sending their Erdtree Avatars to smash me with big hammers while trying to pretend I know how to dodge in this game. Even then here we are taking on an ErdTree Avatar and its big swinging mace. Which mounted combat against for me was not a great choice that is for sure. Eventually opting just to stick with Meleeing the blast woodland bark tree until it was dead.
