    Thinking of building an xmaxx from the ground up.
    All the upgrade you'll need make it way cheaper to do it that way.

    GREAT UPGRADE!!!! I’m so shocked, my xmaxx I really can’t brake after years of mods, but I would destroy some cars you have good luck with. I think it comes down to driving style. See upgrade Bars&Tone. I may need to try it? 👏👍💯👊🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

    I have been using the steel spacers and it helps but the upper bulkheads are prone to breaking if your bashing hard. I check them for cracks after each bad landing. I have replaced a few.

    Good video 👍 but... I'm no expert, but having your shock screws cranked might not be good for the suspension mounting system... I've never broken a single upper bulkhead 🤷🏻‍♂️ (shock adjustment is kept in the middle on mine)

      In the extra Thai bar mount the steel piece.

  • @toxicshot7728
    @toxicshot7728 Před rokem +1

    Do you have to trim the arms or the bulk head down? Since the the arms fit tight, I would think that extra metal on the back of the bulk head would make it to think for the arm to fit around.

    • @BarstoneRC
      @BarstoneRC  Před rokem +3

      Yes, you do have to shave the inside of the a arms out a little bit on both sides but it has caused no weakness I’ve never broke them.

  • @abula0305
    @abula0305 Před rokem +1

    Since the room between two ends of arm is for only one tie bar, do you file the arm or the bulkhead off for the second tie bar?
