    Wow! the noodles from Gond De Lin looks nice! It's like DIY noodle? oh vegetarian pork? what is it made of? with soybean, probably? looking good!

      Haha yeah like a DIY noodle.
      Yes it’s soy based vegetarian pork. Still can taste that it’s not a real meat but the texture is close 👍🏻

    Yes go vegetarian today! 😋 That vegetarian lasagna looks good too! I need to eat more veggies too! Desserts!! No cheesecake today hehe... Lord of the Fries! I like the name of that restaurant! A veggie fast food joint! Chicken nuggets, burger, and fries, wow, that's all veggies, can't imagine! Wow, more food!! Noodles, sweet and sour pork, beef.. looks and taste great!! ❤ haha wow even bubble tea is vegan! That looks refreshing! Thanks for the wonderful share guys!

      Haha yes we went vegetarian for this video, also because it’s Lent so we normally have some days in a week having no meat, perfect timing 👌🏻

    Oooooo gopals is the best, we eat there all the time!! The food tastes really good and great value. Never tried Gong de lin, great suggestion! It sounds really good and makes me curious to try the substitutes!!! Whaaa vegan bubble tea!! Looking forward to the next episode!!

      Yes, we also just discovered this Nuttea recently, for someone who always drinks almond milk instead of regular milk, it’s really perfect for me! 😍

      We were also curious 🤨 now regretted that we didn’t order it 😅
      That’s why we have to visit again next time 😁
      Yup the cold noodles is surprisingly so good! Great thing is we can adjust the sauce to our liking.

    Cream and milk made with nuts sounds interesting. You guys made a good choice on Earl Grey with the chocolate cream, especially mixed together

    I had vegan food once all the way in Vietnam! Lrt me say the food is great when prepared right!! Now that dish sure looks tasty!! Those balls do look tasty!! Lasagna looks yummy too

    11.95 for all those is really worth it! So many varieties of dishes available there, looks amazing! I don't think I can do Vegan Lasagna, I need my meat and cheese, but it's definitely great that it's available for the vegan/vegetarians. Awwwh man, the cheesecake does look good, next time!

    I have never gone to a Vegan restaurant before. But Melissa once in awhile does make meatless dishes. So I think Melissa would love places like this. I wouldn’t mind giving it a try especially the lasagna.

      Should definitely try once Carl, if you have awesome vegan/vegetarian restaurants nearby. Having no meat day once in a while is actually great. I feel kinda "lighter" haha.
      Yup that lasagna is worth a try!

    Oh wow I have mr we eaten at a vegan or vegetarian restaurant before. Those restaurants have great food 😍 I have to definitely try out the lord of the fries though

      Yup definitely try Lord of the Fries, it was born in Melbourne and now they have plenty of locations across Melbourne 👍🏻

      This vegan bubble tea shop is really unique, glad they open it in Melbourne. Vegan and vegetarians are part of melbourne foodie scene now, we can easily find vegan in the menu even for restaurants that are not 100% for vegan/vegetarian 👍🏻

    "Chicken" Nuggets look legit! Can't go wrong with Fries! Oooo the burger looks amazing! Would love to try a vegan burger. I'm surprise by the vegetarian dishes in Gong De Lin!! It's crazy to know that it's actually vegetarian, I don't mind being a vegetarian with dishes and "meat" like that!

    the vegan platter at Gopals looks quite generous and flavorful as well! wow! vegan lasagne? oh... we wonder how it tastes like! oh the pudding looks so yum! love desserts with semolina! 😄

      Good call! We didn't realise we picked so many mock meat dishes from that restaurant because we just intended to showcase the chef-recommended / popular dishes from the restaurant. Next time we will try the veggies only dish for sure! 😊

      Here is in Australia, nowadays more restaurants pay more attention to people’s dietary requirements. Even for restaurants serving meat, normally they have vegetarian menu too to cater vegetarian people, even though it can be a bit limited. Yay stayed tune guys for the second part 👍🏻♥️

    Wow Vegetarian Chinese cuisine? that is awesome, I mean they do have a lot of veggies, but how are they substituting the Pekin duck and all the meats they usually use in Chinese cuisine

      Yes, there are subsets of Chinese people who live as vegetarians, usually it’s because of religious reason. For the mock meat, they usually use soy based mock meat.

      Yes it is cool vegan bubble tea shops, they just recently open here. Glad now we have many options of bubble tea, especially for vegans and those who have problems with drinking cow's milk.

      With more people are more health conscious, we are having more options for drinks than just regular milk.
      Maybe one day Nuttea or something similar will open in London and you guys can enjoy dairy free boba drinks too 😄

    Lord of the fries! That sounds like my kind of place. If I ever become vegetarian or vegan, all I am going to eat is fries, tomatoes, olives and bread hahahaha oh, and mushrooms too

    Baby Rosalie loves Chicken Nuggets. She would be the ultimate test 🤣. I have been meaning to try a Vegan Burger so I can compare - just haven’t brave enough. You guys make all these foods really good.

      Hahah yeah it doesn't quite the same like the real thing, but it's close! Especially the beyond meat burger. I think beyond meat is a trademark from a US company making plant based burger patty. You might find it there easily since you live in the US 😊

    Whoa! Those fries!!! That looks so comforting. And that's a huge burger. Vegan pekin duck?! We can see Chinese food being super delicious regardless of not having meat. The sauces are amazing. It's the same with vegan Mexican food.

    Yooo we have those lord of the fries here in New Zealand too, didn't know that it is an Aussie chain. The "Chicken" nuggets look pretty good and you seem to give it the big seal of approval. How do they get it tasting so much like chicken I wonder. Vegetarian Chinese restaurants are actually really good, we experienced the good stuff in China once and were skeptical at first but it turned out such a good meal. The spot you guys found looks so tasty too! Even the complimentary dessert looked yum.

      Ah yes, Lord of the Fries has expanded to NZ too 👍🏻 They were born in Melbourne, started as a food truck before moved to permanent stores.
      The chicken nuggets are pretty close to the real deal, try them if you get a chance 😉
      Haha yeah we were skeptical too when we tried vegetarian Chinese food for the first time before, glad it exceeded our expectations so we keep coming back especially when having no meat day 😄

    When we think of amazing vegan or vegetarian food, we think of plates like this first spot you're featuring. Love dishes that look natural and tasty, nothing like fake meat. Yes to those kofta balls. You had Nabol at Vegan Lasagna! Haha

      Yup agree with you, no fake meat is actually even better than and healthier. Those mock meats are processed food, so it doesn’t make it healthier than real meat I guess.
      But we just want to show the options here in this video, that’s why we featured the dishes with mock meat.
      That kofta balls are really good, wish they gave us more than one 🤣🤣
