    You should definitely create a website and app where users can select the area of focus, type of pain and then have your suggestions pop up on recommended stretches or exercises with some clear instructions and diagrams to illustrate, with links to your CZcams videos for more information!

      That is a good idea, but I just appreciate that he's offering and showing us ways to help ourselves for free! How many people has spent thousands and thousands of dollars in the past for doctors and chiropractors without the issue being resolved?       Wow, these definitely target the areas! It's going to take time & a lot of diligence to work these out. I have many residual injuries from a car accident in 2002. When I've worked on one area several others have been aggravated. I'm willing to do due diligence! Thank you!

If anyone young, below 20 is reading this, please don’t take your physical health for granted. Getting fit once you get older is so much harder.     Can you please do a video on how to stretch middle back. I had 360 fusions on my lower back and lately my middle back on bra line and upper back is so bad I have to pop it back in. I feel stretching would make great difference. Tya

    A harder variation would be to lean forward with a straight back.Don't stretch into extreme pain!

    I do pretty much exactly this for my sciatica.. I just do it standing against a table. I bring my leg up bent like that and rest it then press my knee down and usually lean forward but I’ll do side to side sometimes

    I do this for sciatica it does help and I push down my knee a little in fast repetitions and it's a good painful relief. Since I started doing this it has helped a lot as far as sciatica I don't suffer so much from it.
