Here’s the thing this guy is super creative with his strategies, he does things that I could’ve never imagined in this game. Like dropping the pistol to slow down the guard. I always used strategies that the game sort of taught you for example the coins, I always use coins to distract the guards but this guy uses pistols, and he also shoots so the guards can look away and it’s just... amazing how this guy does it. also can I get a heart pls?

ya its impressive the way I did was by knocking a bunch of people out and it took me hours to get it right this guy comes in and does it in 7 minutes.
Using guns to lure and delay guards is one of my favorite things to do. Such a nice way to get a guard to stand right where you need them to before knocking them out or sneaking past.
Your minimal use of instinct is super impressive I can’t go 20 seconds with out using it

For those of you, who are planning to follow this guide, I have successfully replayed this mission, and here are my thoughts:
Here's the planning again:
- Starting Location: Bazaar Entrance
- Stash a Sieger 300 Advanced at the Headmaster's Roof top
- Bring along your regular silenced pistol
- As tools, bring a breaching device and a remote audio distraction. You actually only need one of those
- Since I am relatively slow player, I thought, I'd reverse the order and head to the headmaster's rooftop first, and take out the guard and the headmaster. If you do that, keep in mind, that you might have to wait for Strandberg, to make his full round in the consulate. In my particular case, I waited and waited, just to end up, accidentally killing him instead of forcing the lockdown.
- If you go with the suggested order, which I ended up doing, keep in mind, that once the lockdown process has been started in the consulate, you are a little bit on the clock, so don't take your time, heading back to the rooftop
- You should also consider, that Zaydan is walking his circles as well and that you still have to be at your sniping position by the time he walks past the room with the window through which you plan to shoot him. I was a little bit slow, so I had to shoot the window from the last ledge
- At this point, I haven't had the Sieger Advanced unlocked yet, and opted for the Sieger Ghost. I don't know the exact reason, but for me, it seemed that this rifle was too quite for people to notice, so I ended up, using my silenced gun to distract people
Finally, I wonder, if you could reverse the order and go on the headmaster's rooftop, finish off Zaydan, grab the headmaster's key, slide down the pipe, get rid of the guards in the alleyway near the spot you plan to shoot Strandberg, and then go to the consulate and trigger the lockdown, head back, and take out Strandberg, without having to worry about his body getting spotted.
Awesome video man! Silent Assassin plus Suit Only is great but Sniper Assassin to boot. 100% better and more challenging.
That's the best thing from Hitman games, figuring out how to solve a puzzle. Although I'm not sure how to pull SA/SO + Sniper Assassin on Colorado cause that map is a pain in the ass.

Top notch! Absolutely textbook and exactly what i was looking for BUT i had not the access to that stash at for my sieger 300 so i had to take my suitcase with me to the first "sniper outpost" and YES it was found but i was able to cause the lockdown and get my suitcase before it was handed over to a guard :) YES that was adding a bit more difficulty but nevertheless i had plenty time to shoot that general and then stromberg :) i salute you

I agree with Tanmay: give us some commentary. Not necessarily audio, it is not about your voice, it is about how you figured that out. I am a pretty good player myself, but you belong to another league. Id be interested in knowing how you set it up, what you found out about NPCs’ movements/cycles, what was most challenging, alternatives, whatever. Your subscribers do not only want to replicate your runs, they want to understand how you did it.

the method of throwing the audio distraction does not work, use your pistol to shoot the guard once the moment he turns walks toward strandbergs body and it will panic him and it'll give u enough time to escape before he finds the body

I tried several times and I can't, in my game I can't drop the pistol while I'm at such place, I press G and it doesn't drop, the Snipers I use doesn't make enough noise to get Zeydan attention so I have to shot to the left window and kill him but some guard spot him and then Claus Stranberg never goes to sit in the bank so whenever I shot him the guards always detect me and I enter in combat.
The funny part is that I actually need Sniper assasin, so I don't mind if they find the bodies or change the suit since I've done that long time ago but even having an army suit I can't have the sniper in my back since is suspicious weapon, and if you are wondering I haven't a briefcase where I can hide the sniper since I'm playing old Hitman
The master difficulty of this map is hell if using normal method. So many camera inside claus's building
You don't need to make it hard on yourself by going into the consulate, just lure him outside and you don't have to deal with the cameras.

I don't know where you buy the game but this game has already been on discount for several times, it go down to $40 at times. And if you have PS Plus you can download Hitman 2016 for free and then import the levels from Hitman 2016 to Hitman 2 with no additional charge. I say wait for a sale if you are want to save money, otherwise just play some of the demo levels to see if this game is for you.

Can't get zeydan to come to the window . I don't have the sniper u have but the jaeger covert but i think that it should do the job as the one u have is better only scope wise(zoom) but unfortunately its not working. I am almost certain i am shooting at the same place as u but not 100% sure. Can u try it with that sniper and tell me if it still work?
The idea is to shoot the edge of the window, he would hear the noise and come to investigate. The Jaeger sucks, it doesn't have enough zoom so I only use it at short or medium range. You can unlock the ghost rifle if you play the Marrakesh escalation, it's really easy.

@@whitevader5506 You can play the main missions of Hitman 2 to unlock other variations of that sniper rifle. Those rifles have 3x zoom.
if im not mistaken the jaeger rifles dont have suppresors, plus as mentioned they dont have the same level of zoom, anyway you could still get sieger 300 advanced in the isle of sgail mission(the last mission of hitman 2) at mastery level 10. hope this helps

You can play all of the mission from Hitman 2016 in Hitman 2, there are some changes though, like foliage on Sapienza, Colorado etc.

The guard who escorted Strandburg will likely return later for him, he just happen to go through that path where I drop the gun, this will just delay him from getting back to Strandberg. You also need to take care of another guard the same way at 7:45, they will both be busy taking the weapon to the storage room while you escape before Strandberg body is found.

@@Mrwisdom100 Well it's not a mine, it's an audio distraction device. The reason is to get rid of him before he find Strandberg dead body. Since the guards alway take the weapons away and put them in a storage room, this will give you at least a minute or two before he return to his post. If you don't do that he will just circle around and see Strandberg lying dead and ruin the Silent Assassin rating.
