Well earlier i didnt believe yoga to help in fatloss. But past 20 days i have started suryanamaskar with healthy eating. I took gap in between for about 5 days. But to my shock my upper back fat reduced and already down 1.5 kgs. PS i am a banker who have to at desk from 10am to 6 pm. Suryanamaskar makebme sweat like pig😂😂😂. But its easy and effective.
