I did no poo for like 3 months and my god the amount of oil in my hair was a lot
I could scrap it off with my nails
but we as humans should not be shampooing our hair a lot
maybe a little but not often
my hair got softer
I decided to wash my hair once a week now
I might make it every 2 weeks or once a month
ohh and start mewing everyone
it takes a while
but it works

also make sure to scratch your hair to move the oil all over your hair
cause the oil I had laid flat like a pancake on my head
