Men should not be allowed in women’s toilets

Part of the recent interview I did where I said women and young girls should be protected at all times in a safe space which is the ladies toilets. I also say I’m the interview that this has nothing to do with sexual orientation or is anti trans in anyway. Simply that men should not be allowed in ladies toilets full stop

Yep - Certainly in the UK, the equalities act is very clear - ‘The Equality Act allows single and separate services in many common situations, including toilets. It does not require that people are able to access opposite sex services on the basis of their gender identity or gendered clothing.’ Anywhere where this is either ambiguous, not available or not adhered to is unlawful. It is not a hate crime to protect lawful sex based rights. Organisations who do not clearly provide and enforce sex based facilities are breaching the equalities act and have been unlawfully influenced by misleading information or culture coercion.
