Played Bad = Count that as "Loss"
If you adapt this mindset, you will never tilt. Since "winning/losing" is entirely up to your OWN performance.

Husum mental is extraordinare. I personally report every inter every game. Helps that they also coincide on being abusive in chat, so they get penalized.
What an absolutely on time message! I generally play to improve, but the new split has been rough on me. I won one of my placements and lost all of my games today, and became extremely frustrated. I didn't type at least but my mental was in the drain. Watching this video after a break made me realize, I didnt even play that bad in those games. It's all about consistentcy. Thanks for the reminder, general!

Bro, this video was actually crazy, the purpouse is clear and good, but that 2 games were so unlucky, sometimes just it is what it is.
(And that´s one of the weak things about Swain, even if you are 20/0/15, it´s really hard to carry).

Husum, love you buddy, but last split I started my first 50 games in emerald diamond elo with a 78% winrate, I never got above diamond III. I demoted to emerald I over 20 times. After 200 games I ended the split on Emerald III with a 57% winrate, with average kda of 3.8 and 70% kill participation.
We are in dire need of players like Himsum and Azzapp for real. Thanks for the guide and for trying to always positive, Husum! I hope you don't change about this particular aspect 💛

Curious though, why do you pick Conquerer in your recent games? I don’t like it that much because it doesn’t do much healing based on the numbers at the rune tab.

Honestly, the only worse feeling than losing a game I didn't "deserve" to lose is winning a game I didn't "deserve" to win if that makes sense. Obviously, learning to play from behind is a thing but sometimes, no matter what I do, I will repeatedly fail and feel like shit afterwards, and knowing that I got dragged across the finish line by the team just makes it worse. Feeling useless is the worst when i'm grinding.

Question i get the idea of playing good and losing not being tilting, but sometimes i know i played really bad, and im pretty sure im the reason i lost the game with that peformance. How do u deal mentally with those types of games and not beat yourself for those bad losing performances?
Knowing you played bad is a great step towards leaning, because then there are things to look at. Recognize your mistakes and try to work on them. Making mistakes is an opportunity to learn even though it can be frustrating in the moment.
