Stella - to remember your hotel room take a picture on your phone! I use this to remember parking levels and ... everything. I'm just forgetful so it helps. ALSO... with your back... I have advanced osteoarthritis in my spine to the extent that I am disabled. I just woke up with a backache one day. We found out that it was a cumulative thing that happened because I was prone to injury and had just done too much without taking care of my spine like I should have. Strengthening your core muscles will help but definitely, take back pain seriously. I'm not yet 50 and move like a 90 year old. Merry christmas sweet girl! Thanks for Vlogmas, it's been lots of fun!

Take care of your back! I would suggest wearing a back brace to give you extra support, aligns your posture to help with core strength during times it gives you trouble. While working as an RN I threw my back out and was out of work for 6 weeks. Sitting, standing and any movement was excruciating to my lower back. And take ibuprofen to decrease inflammation.

Stella - Take care of your back! I ended up with a serious back injury in August of 2015 from lifting too much weight at work for months. I've been in PT for over a year trying to heal herniated discs. You don't know how precious your back health is until it goes to shit! Use some ice and heat on your back. Rest when you can. Chiropractor helped me out a lot in the beginning. You can also try laying on your stomach in bed or when relaxing on the couch. I always thought this was bad for my back but my PTs changed my thinking. Laying on your stomach can relieve pressure off your back. Hope you start feeling better!

Love watching your vlogs Stella! There are some stick on heating pads that you should get and keep wearing on your flights until it feels better. They don't have any smell to them. I forgot the name of them but they are in the red pack.
I suffer from back pain myself and I find that a heating pad works great and Aleve (over the counter pain med). Aleve is an anti inflammatory so it helps a lot. I love the electric heating pads most because you can use them for a long period of time without having to microwave them or anything like the smaller non electric ones. They are both very inexpensive and worth the money. The electric heating pads are also very easy to travel with because they are lightweight and you can roll them up. The microwaveable heating pads can be pretty heavy. I hope this helps you

I remember Billie Piper from Doctor WHo, I love that show. Fish and chips with mashed peas are so good, I had that in London years ago and then I had it again in Paris and it was just as good there. I will miss your vlogmas I enjoyed tuning in everyday.

Question: Do you have to pay for hotel each layover or does the airline pay for it n then it comes out of your check? Just wondering cause I love each and every hotel room you have showed us. Being a flight attendant was my dream job since high school but my mother and father are educators so of course they wasn't having it. I became a teacher n all my life I have regretted it because it wasn't my bream job. I'm 51 will be 52 in September n next school year will be my 30th year teaching n can't wait to end it. what is your opinion on regional airlines? Also do you have any suggestions on transitioning over to be a flight attendant? Such as when to get rid of your apartment after training before? What if you have a vehicle, where should you store it in places like NYC? Also where do you put things that you purchase if you share a crash pad?
