I am from the US, and I absolutely love Grantchester!! This series has brought me to tears, many, many times. Happy tears, and dreadfully hurtful ones ...I've cried myself to sleep after a couple episodes. I don't believe I have ever missed an episode. Thanks to the entire cast and crew of this series!!
Love Granchester and everything Robson Green is in. He is my favourite. Love his accent , I used to live in Northumberland many years ago, wonderful people ❤

Well, that would make the parting so much easier. Didn't know they were such good friends and did things together. That is rare to do on and off the job and out of the countries. I never had a friend to do things after work. Always been a loner. Never saw this channel. I remembered the red head priest. Yep, I'm across the pond in the most desirable place to live.. South Florida. Lake Okeechobee. 🙂

I’m in Australia and have seen series 8 too…I contribute to a TV blog….and it depends on the distribution rights for each country that ITV (Independent Television) have because it is a public broadcaster and they are trying to reduce the monopoly BBC have.🇦🇺🇦🇺
A little awkward that the hosts have clearly never seen Grantchester and didn’t appear to bother researching the story arc. Still, Robson and Tom interviewed brilliantly - such great chemistry! The series is epic and I can’t wait to see the next leg of this journey.
Why does Robson always put on that posh voice on chat shows? Back to his Northumbria accent other times
