Kirby morrow was a legend, I can’t enjoy ninjago without thinking of the master of earth
I love how in every season of ninjago, they had one of the ninja focused on. For example: season 6 focuses on jay, while season 13 focuses on cole, It’s really cool.

2:32 I specifically remember this set when I was a kid because as far as I could remember this was the first set that included the green ninja and all of my friends at school who also watched Ninjago were rushing to get this set.
I liked how they chose venomari as the legacy snakes, even though we get hypnobrai later, venomari are definitely the most snake like of the snakes.

My all time favorite set was Jay's Storm Fighter from Season 1.
The set I hated the most was probably the snake bike from Season 1 just because I got it 3 times in one Christmas.

I remember when I got the dragon's forge for christmas one year, i stayed up until 1 am building it (my mom had me go to bed at around 9, so about 4 hours of building) it was my favorite set of all time (just barely ahead of the ninjacopter)

Lighthouse came out alongside the dotd sets and is labeled under it, you're wrong.
@@toxicturkeyy I realize this is over a year old, but they are correct the lighthouse is a part of the Skybound collection, but was released as a part of the DOTD wave of sets, hence why Cole's face is on the box. It's kind of easy to tell that it is part of the Skybound collection when none of the characters in the set, barring the ninja, are in DOTD, and the ninja included are in their season 6 airjitsu ninja gis.
Great video as always. Here's my favorite set from each season (with a little bit of explanation as to why it is my favorite). I'll only be ranking sets from the pilot season to Hands Of Time, because i'm more fond of the older style of Ninjago and all the sets i personally own are from that range.
The Skulkin wave: Definetly the Fire Temple. It had an inclusion of everything that's good about the season: a neat dragon with a good build, a great structure design and amazing minifigures.
The Serpentine wave: This one was a little bit harder to decide, but i think Destiny's Bounty takes the cake here. It has an inclusion of very good minifigures of both villains and heroes and the build itself is overall good and the set is also quite iconic in a way.
The Final Battle wave: This season had many good sets, but the one i like most is The Temple Of Light. Great minifigures as usual, has the trope of a bigger set including all the important minifigure items (with them this time being the elemental blades) that you would otherwise have to collect individualy which is kind of whatever (but not neccesarily), and a great structure build and a good mech. What i like most about the temple itself is that it has quite a bit of space space filled with almost entirely studs, so you can pose minifigures very freely.
The Rebooted wave wasn't too hard to decide. Despite basically being a double-biker set, OverBorg Attack took the spot as my favorite. I like the Cyrus Borg leg-machine-walker thingy (whatever it is), and how well it actually blended into his bike. Lloyd was also a good minifigure to get in this set along-side with his bike.
The Tournament Of Elements wave wasn't too hard to decide either. Dojo Showdon took the spot easily in this list, as i like the inclusion of exclusive minifigures with the set also looking very very good and having many different action features.
The Posession wave was a little harder to decide again, but this one had to go to the City Of Stiix. It pretty much just appears as the best set out of this way logically, and is just overall very good. good minifigures, good build, good action features, good side vehicles and good minifigure items (including mostly all the important ones for that season). I went over this one quickly, because if i would have went through everything in further detail, this comment could be made into a book.
Skybound wave, just like for you, Spitbrix, was kinda just a big 'meh' for me. But if i would pick a favorite set, it would probably be Tigerwidow Island. I like that Ninjago made a big fig for the first time, i like the temple, and the minifigures are pretty decent.
For Day Of The Departed wave i will pick the Samurai X cave set for a few obvious reasons. It had a very good structure, very good minifigures and very good play features. I very much like the inclusion of the three great throw-back minifigures: Pythor, General Kozu and General Cryptor. The ninja and Wu were pretty decent, and that one stone warrior also in the set made for a good side villain.
And now we are down to The Hands of Time. My favorite out of that season is probably the Samurai VXL. I especially like the colorscheme on this vehicle, and the overall build and the minifigures are totally great.

Skywake was definietly my favourite when it comes to the show, but I agree with you on the sets, though I think the misfortunes keep is much better then you made it out to be and is one of my favourite sets of all time. This is mainly due to it being centered around Jay a lot and his character development (Jay being my fav character) and i loved how each ninja tried to outsmart the main villan but none of them could apart from Jay.
I got the old Destiny’s Bound right when it came out but it was the last one left in the shop AND the same thing happend with the golden dragon btw my favorite season was the season of the stone army EDIT: i am still watching the video... oh yeah i have Jays mech too... right Skybound season sucks... Season 1-7 were great. It was hard to watch 8+ the new character design is terrible. New ninjago seems decent, but the old one is way better and I don’t know what happened.

Bro still as a 20 year old now i love ninjago probably because i watched it from the very beginning kinda following the seasons throughout the Years and it just has so much nostalgia for me.
I do have the minifigure 😎 that was my favorite lego set and my parents bougth It from christmas. Thanks God for that childhood. ✨

Best dragon by far was morro's dragon, the green and the black with the fabric wings with the curled brick built body was super cool also morro is a pretty cool mini fig

Killow vs Samurai X is one of my favourites for a similar reason to you. I love the Killowfigure. I never got the set though and I’ve been scouring the internet for years to try find one 😂😂😂
