I think they should have staged the house or have it completely empty its hard to envision with all the clutter. Great video tho.
Hey Nicola, I really love your comment. There have been many studies that validate what you are saying....staging a house increases appeal and helps buyers envision the possibilities of the property. Not many sellers in Jamaica stage thier properties (mostly developers do).

Hi Elesa, this community is located off the Mandela High way. All units were completely sold out since they were first brought to market years ago. At this time only properties thatnare for resale tend to come on the market
