I haven’t seen anyone else on CZcams with this type of craftsmanship, passion and technique. I’m surprised this guy doesn’t have school yet that’s flooded with enthusiastic students waiting to sign up.

Have you got a video on the process of wiring into a stock head unit, splicing intro the high level wires etc? If not any chance you could make one? Your videos seem to be the only ones I can easily understand 😆

great video! a router guide like the one you show is certainly great for keeping the router level. another technique is to tape down a piece of scrap of appropriate thickness adjacent to the work piece.

    Mark....
This has to be one of your simplest, easiest to follow, guides for an equipment rack!
Everything you showed us can easily just be scaled larger for bigger or multiple amps. You also show how efficient these tools are from Mobile Solutions. Using that one piece of radius for 3 passes and then for both sides with those reference markings, OMG!, priceless info!
Of all the cordless routers, have you found the Makita to be the best for any certain reason or is it simply the line of tools/batteries that you already owned?
Thanks again for bringing us real world info that we can use!!!

You obviously have a great skillset using hand tools/shop tools/manual fabrication techniques, but have you tried using CNC to assist your builds or are you more of a hands on preference?
*edit* I really respect the use of your tooling to assist the designs up to completion. The forms you make all look production quality and how you show what/how you achieve the final product is inspiring.

Hey, just a question. Is it a good idea to leave the factory subwoofer in, if I am installing an after market sub and amp, well I did leave it in my dodge charger and like 90% of the base is coming out of the factory sub.

Where or how do you get the black frame 2:07 (template) that you started out with in order to get your shape from the very beginning (not the templates at the end).

You should look into a CNC router for these things, it'd REALLY up the fabrication game.

Unrelated because I can't find the video, but what's it called when there's a ring that goes around the speaker and basically makes a wall around the speaker between the door and panel to direct the sound so there's no "bleed"? What's it called but also are they effective? I want to 3D print some for my truck

This has nothing to do with your video but you seem to have the most knowledge about audio control amps and I was wondering if you could tell me what the best sub or subwoofers to use with audio control acm 1.300 preferably in a loaded enclosure since I do not know how to make my own box I’m currently using a kicker comp c 12 but I don’t think that particular setup sounds too good bass wise

Am I the only one that doesn’t like these intricate designs ? I’d rather just have my stuff hidden but still have proper ventilation. Still I appreciate the work and detail that goes into making such pieces
