Erangy Springs Farm was one of the lucky farmers to get 80mm at the end of March, setting them up to get a below-average crop but a much better result than the farmers to the north and east.
Thank you for posting. I used to often do day trips from Perth just to watch farmers harvesting... but up Geraldton way is a little far for a leisurely one day trip. I usually do round trip in a day to places like Beacon going through Wongan hills and then home via places like Koorda... I wont be able to this spring so n through the Wheat belt. Cheers...
Would it be possible sometime if you get a interview with the truckers and a walk around of their rigs? I am interested in how they load and dump their loads at the elevators.
