Collectors can offend in respectable language.... They can take actions.. but disrespecting MROs using this language is not appreciatable .. There are many ways to get things done.. This ain't the one... working in ground level is ain't easy though... MROs may be aged than collector, Respecting elders and getting things done is an art.. But this Language by collector is not cool...

I have seen people who are Humble and treat their staff and workers in a respectable manner.... ikkada video lo Lord laaga feel ayindi evaro clear ga undi... and I knew Mr. Karthikeya garu in person since he was teaching students in NIT warangal. Met him twice back in 2017 while he was working for East Godavari.. He speaks fast..

Here one thing should be taken into consideration. I agree that mro has shown his negligence in work. But as a government servant he should have behaved politely. There is no need to show off.
