If it's so hard to do the oil change in your Iveco I would recommend a Fumoto oil drain valve. I have changed my motor and transfer case drain plugs for Fumoto drain valves with nipple. It's easy to adapt a hose to them and now I can make the oil change directly to an empty oil bottle, no tray needed !!!
Nice video again. To make the oil change less messy you can make a plastic channel that you insert between the oil sump and the cross bar below it. It will catch all the oil and channel it into the drain pan. PS: I have send you an email with some additional comments about the brake etc... Happy travels
