Isnt there also a shortcut to skip the final turn on Ninja Hideaway? You have to aim for the tree and jump through it

turning off autosteer would make the game a lot more interesting to you since you'd be able to take the shortcuts, which are a ton of fun.

If you have a Mushroom it lets you take them tho

when you're in first place, you don't get mushrooms though. so you'd have to sandbag or make a mistake.
one of the neat things about 200cc is that you don't need mushrooms for so many of the shortcuts that require them at lower speeds
