*Which color do you think the shift popped the best on? (I'm thinking red?)*
This improved the Harlequin look IMO, way better than before. Looks like they belong together instead of so much randomness. I like how much teal reflects in the reds. I wouldn't do my car this way ever, but 5/5 for this experiment, I love seeing the different colors and getting ideas for a dip. Keep it up DYC.
I really like how it ties all the colors together without ruining the Harlequin base.
жёлтый тоже красиво.
5 looks Great. But them new Shirts come on those are Killer.
I’m still not a fan of this project but I do like it a bit better than before the hyper shift was added
I like all the shifts, but what I really like is that it gives the car uniformity, and makes the mixed pallet look intentional, instead of a mixed bag of parts.
This really upgraded the Harlequin paint job.
Harlequin Oil Spill. 🤙
it really did, omfg
Yep
100% I agree. I wasnt sold on the Harlequin paint job, this however changed that, it made it pop. Its like it needed that shift to bring itself to life.
@@ZurgOtter personally dont mind it either way. 🤙
Yep, the hypershift is exactly what this harlequin needed! Continuity. The yellow and teal panels especially. Thanks guys!
Now that's what I call a HEAD-TURNER! Much better than just the harlequin colors alone. I love it!!!
You didn't just step up the color, you put it in a rocket ship and hit go. Love it.
Agreed! I second this comment. They did a really nice job and heck yeah they put it in a rocket and it hit go and boom. It went flying up in the air and exploded into multi different colors. I love it.
What do y’all mean by “put it in a rocket and hit go”
That front left fender panel I want to see on a entire car! 🔥
Yeah agreed that red panel went insane with that color shift!
Yeah I’d love to see that
I have to agree with that. It looks fascinating.
I know this was done with a "what if?" mindset, but this actually looks pretty rad! I'm really surprised at how good the hypershift looks on the yellow! Proper
Definitely took the patchwork to a new level. I love the Hypershift over the yellow! Need the whole car.
Hypershift yellow R8
i agree. don't think he has ever done a hypershift over yellow. i have asked for that before int he comments.
It’s crazy how it both tamed the colors, but also made them more cohesive and popping off so well. This could be a fun way to physically advertise the shop, or maybe an art museum.
Yeah, that's a "take it to SEMA as advertising" sort of paint job. It's eye-catching, it shows a lot of possibilities, and it looks great.
I like what the hypershift did. It took the in your face brightness of the original colors and calmed them down a little bit
It's definitely an upgrade to the Harlequin scheme. This goes well with all the colors. I would love to see this over each of the colors full-scale. I really like it over the red and the yellow.
Man every color on that car went *hard* with the hypershift over it. Id drive that thing. Hell yea.
The way the yellow turned to an iridescent gold is great.
Love the yellow. Need an entire car
Agreed. Really diggin’ the yellow!
i love it too ,reminds me of lambo yellow
Every base looked great but for me, the yellow had the most interesting change and I like the now gold base look. Maybe on a car with sharper angles.
That was the best thing that could happen to that headache. The red is good. The gold also gives that hypershift a great chance to show off.
The yellow with the Hypershift is amazing
I thought so too.
The whole car in the yellow and Hypershift would look absolutely amazing 🤩
In general I never like the Harlequin schemes but with this pearl....🔥🔥🔥
4:08 you turned a toy into an elegant work of art
That hypershift completely transformed the yellow and I really like the way it looks over the red! It's kind of like a red pearl. Very interesting color and great choice of hypershift
I really like the way this turned out. It looks really good, better than without the hypershift
Very drastic change..it made it all flow together with a nice color blend with the hypershift
Love it
What a difference, toned down all the colours and the shift flows seamlessly, Thank you interesting work.
5/5 - absolutely helped make the harlequin colors feel like they belonged together in their beautiful mismatched way ❤️
The hypershift with the yellow is like gold! Love this one 4 out of 5
500/5!!!
That hypershift elevated the paint scheme. I LOVE the effect on the red panels
I wasn't sold with the harlequin colors, but this makes it so much better. The colors are much crazier, but much warmer.
Love how it reacts with the different colors. 5/5 top notch
This is awesome, the yellow and the teal worked out really nice. Would be cool to see a car done in either of those
Every panel has his own nice color.
This was a perfect opportunity to see how every color reacts on the hypershift.
I love the end result. Even the regular harlequin was beautiful of it self.
Looked killer over the yellow!
Now that is MUCH better! Great job guys!!
Love how it turned out. Digging the yellow
Omg i did not count on it to make that odd harlekin job come together like that, and make it so awesome. THIS IS AWESOME
LOVE IT 😍😍😍
Love how it brings all the colors closer together but also still leaves the original theme to show through 5 of 5
You really didn't get an idea of what the color was going to do while you were spraying it. The end result is pretty crazy. This gives you a good idea of what color you might want to choose but I wouldn't want my car to look like this. I love your channel. It gives me a lot of my own ideas for my own projects. Keep up the good work!
I agree about the pop on the red. Really stepped up the look and unified the scheme. The whole car is an optical illusion. Perfect for the idea it started with not losing the look. Thanks for more multi tonal projects. Plus 1 on this!
Oh wow! I love it. When you first put it on it just looked liked clear coat going on. I think this car is my top favorite 😍
That is one of the coolest things I have ever seen on a car
There you go again and boldley just freebase!!!!
I especially love the way it transformed the yellow colour. OMG, that colour on the M3 would kill!!!
Huge Thanks from Sweden/Stockholm.
I love how it seems that the colors are blending into each other
The way that each panel momentarily takes on the color of the panel next to it is a super cool effect. This is a chart topper. 5 all day....
Love the red, but the yellow looks golden. Awesome
I think a lot of people that didn't like the harlequin before will really appreciate it now, that hypershift adds cohesion that makes it feel like one amazing car again
It's amazing how well it tied all of the colours together.
The hypershift allows each color to compliment each other, rather than be stark contrasts of each panel.
It looks amazing and is a real head turner.
I never thought a hypershift over multiple colors on one car could look so good. Yall just blew the standard harlequin paint job out of this world.
It looks slick as hell. I like the way it makes the yellow look.
It’s so unique. It blends the car together. Love it
Yes!! Now you can see it on different bases! 🙌
WOW that changed so much in such a great way!
it looks so much better, i like both versions but the hypershift really made it look great
That hood color with the hyper shift is magical, would love to see a whole car with that one
That is so trippy! That just changed the whole game!
Love it! It's of the bat man, harlequin in pearl is priceless! Red on the nose, no joke! 5/5
Wow! That's amazing seeing all the different ways the colour comes out over the different bases - it gives a really good idea of what is possible with the same hypershift. I rate this a 5 all day and night!
You brought the harlequin car right into 2024! 5/5
Wow, this really changed the look for the better. Even though it's all different colors, it feels more cohesive now. I really like this.
5 all day long. Love how each panel pops with the hyper shift
Woooooooooooow. This truly was the secret ingredient putting it all together. It's now awesome.
That red looks nuts! Awesome!!
This was a pretty rad take on the Harlequin. Love it. Keep doing what you guys are doing. It's always fun to see what you will cook up next
This was crazy. I LOVE the sulfur yellow with the zth hypershift! It's wild! 😳
I didn't care for the paint job of that car at first, But that hypershift set it off! Looks amazing now!
I’m so glad you did this….❤❤❤
The way that car flashes is awesome!
This looks absolutely crazy!!🔥 10/5 for me!
WOW. Almost looks like another car. That completely changed the look of the car.
Crazy experiment, great outcome.
Great job guys.
The red with the hypershift…stunning. A whole car of this please!
Soooo much better with the hypershift! It toned down the colors in a really cool way, and every color looks great with the hypershift - makes the overall look more uniform, which is what it needed IMO. Great experiment!
5! This really plays well with all of the colors(mutes the yellow a bit), but over the red and blue it's just magic!!
Actually surprised, it turned out great. The paint actually reacts really well with the different panels.
Is anybody else having a serious moment with how completely amazing this looks, especially on the yellow parts!?!
I find it fascinating thst, before, it was simply a paint job of assorted colors. The hypershift seemingly brought a sense of unity across the whole thing. Yes, each base color plays different, but the shift really brings a sense of unity across it. I like it.
❤❤❤
Total upgrade to the harlequin paint job.
That would have to be a complete keeper. 100%
5! I didn't care too much for the Harlequin paint job, but with this hypershift over it, now the car really pops. Unique and fun. I also love the way the front bumper and the hood kinda blend into each other at the right angle.
Keep up the great work Guys!
Great demo of what you can obtain with multichrome pigments on different colours as a base! You can see every spectre you can’t see color by color…
Over the blue an always beautiful classic (Also with the sky one), over the yellow a stunning unexpected, over that f red… Ok, I think I want it!!!
The hypershift gave the overall aesthetic a more sophisticated and cohesive look - fantastic!
What it did over the red is just absolutely delightful.
5 definately. Before the paint job didn't look done, now it's great.
It's crazy how transformative that hypershift is on all of the colors. The "after" looks so different!
I agree with some others, the yellow on a whole car would look amazing
I’m glad you listened to my hypershift recommendation last week! ;)
This Is Just Insane!!! I Love It!!! Awesome Work!
I like the hood and rear door base with this hyper shift pearl.
Man, I had to hit “like” as soon as you showed what you were going to spray on the car. 5 and a 5 for the effort. Yeah, you HAD to do it. This really is a good show car for the kits!
Super cool to see how it reacts with all of the different colors!
Every color turned out different and looked amazing
Completely elevated the concept. I dig it!
This was probably the best sprays I've seen on here yet! All the panels and the hypershift make this car something to keep and show at a car show!
This is a modern adaptation of the harlequin paint job and I’m all for it!! I recon another awesome video idea would be to do a style like the Paul Smith 911 with an interference pearl
I’ve always loved how in your face the harlequin look was, but I’m digging the way the hypershift toned it down.
That is really cool looking. What an upgrade. 5/5
Liking this SOOOO much more than w/o the hypershift!!!! 3.8/5
What I love about this is that it lets you clearly see the roll the base coat plays in combination with the pearl, which is way more difficult to see on a car with a single color base coat.
That's amazing every color changed dramatically great experiment. It's a 5.
This turned out so great! Incredible job- 5/5 for this one!
This is certainly different, love the color shift.
wow, that really pulled it together. I like it.
Oh, that's a 10/10.....a real upgrade to the base harlequin and so pleased you read our comments and did this 😀 😄 👏 ❤
