Remember when they banned gay people for their sexual preference and still refuse to unban them?
For real I was banned in less than 12 hours of redownloading tinder because they tried to do selfie verification but I was in the dark in bed (It was 4am) and took a dark selfie. One of the support robots replied saying that they had no information at this time and my account would remain banned because tinder takes these situations very seriously. I received no explanation of why I was banned, and I know for a fact I have not violated any policies. They asked me to verify my identity and my verification photo was dark, because they asked me at 4:00 in the morning when I was in bed in the dark, so the system didn’t recognize my face or my pose. I hadn’t even matched with anyone yet. I didn’t have a bio, or any inappropriate pictures. It was just a robot who won’t actually investigate the issue.
No one cares
Why is my account’Banned’ I am a platinum member and no explanation is or has been given. I will start contacting senior management if this is not resolved now satisfactorily. A lack of action is annoying at the least.
