Notes about the game: Much like the first game, the cutscenes runs in 15fps like any other regular PlayStation games, but the good thing about it, the gameplay runs in 60fps, sometimes most games runs in 60fps on DuckStation without a cheat code. So anyways, the driving controls are hard, there are 18 missions, and they added a free roam (Joyride) mode where you chose any car and any starting location. This is played on Hard Difficulty, of course, you get pulled over easily by Rosco and Enos. When on a time mission, you can collect time clock to extend, only if playing on Hard, which give you 5+sec. The game is fun but challenging sometimes.

It's too bad this was an original PlayStation game and not PS2, because I bet this would've been fun to play with my USB steering wheel.
