I literally felt that the absence of # 14 was a test, a test to me to let it go.............. So, I am approaching this with sense of detachment and non-attachment, recognizing that everything is impermeant and subject to change. By doing so I have freed myself from the burden of #14 and allow myself to fully embrace the moment. I do not want to neglect that I want to know why there is no #14 and what is #14, rather I am encouraged this with a sense of detachment and nonjudgmental, recognizing that my inner peace now and always lies within me. SO, THANK YOU, for this video and helping me on my journey and awakening . ....... If there might be a #14 you have forgotten please respond and do tell, I'm good eitherway and always, Sachi.

ONLY FOR REFLECTION/DEEPER CONTEMPLATION OF YOUR QUOTE -
      And what if you are:
      🔹The 'bad' friend?
🔹Judging and labelling others as 'bad' when others may see them as not?
🔹Conceited and believe yourself to be 'good' in all relationships (righteous, never at fault etc) if/when they become strained?
OF COURSE, THESE POINTS COULD (MAYBE SHOULD) BE REFLECTED UPON BY US ALL!
`I used to have many 'bad' friends, now I see that this thing I call 'my mind' or rather that part of it called the 'ego' was the worst and most dangerous of them!`

To joining the navy, highly popular and living alongside people who were as close as family. To now... working as an undertaker and completely dropped out of all circles of friends. In today's world... the politics, the finances, the divorces, the pandemics, the 9 to 5s, and everything in between... These things should not sway an individual into despair. Possibly consider reflecting more deeply upon the part about *'how the path is made...* _ (see earlier comment)._
Then, reflect upon the' PATH' the Buddha says should be followed.
_*Do you know this 'pre described path' that needs not to be made but is said to be the solution to the end of suffering' - a path isn't created by anyone but just IS, and needs only to be followed?.. _If not google search it and you should find it and can study it_
I would humbly argue. that Buddha's path can only be followed according to ones own individual (karmic?) ability/capacity etc'_ only my humble opinion.
It may be worth meditating upon this view of (karmic?) innate inner and circumstantial ability/capacity with one first being volitionally able to do as stated in earlier comment.
      Meaning to say;
*Can those that cannot do, do... OR, can only those that can do, do?*
If it IS the latter, then YES the earlier comment I feel applies and is unquestionable wisdom... But if it IS NOT, and its the former that applies, then how can the path be made?...
*PLEASE, SENT ONLY FOR YOUR OWN INNER DEEPER REFLECTIONS AND CONTEMPLATIONS*

@@karlingukhmmm. Read go rin no sho. The questions you ponder is ones he studies deeply and have great understanding of.
You see. It is indeef all that can do, those whom choose to do that truly can, he who put discipline first will see strategy to all in life. If not? Then he is lacking these principles alongside it.
Musashi doesnt trust his ego and fame to carry him not even once did he trust anything except his body and soul. No expectations just pure determination and deep understanding.
You mudt detach from these things so thst you may attach to your own body and mind and to fully embrace oneself in the presence through following your own carved path to the top of the mountain will see a better view than those who climb the mountain following predisposed paths and doing it to gain materialistic gain.
Ones discomfort should be your comfort. No different from Ones combat stance being your everyday stance and Ones everyday stance being your combat stance just as musashi said.
Discipline is indeed the key to living a fullfilling life. You should not seek comfort but instead discomfort.
David goggins puts this in another way.
He faces his inner bitch as much as possible and dig deep to understand he is not anything beyond what he forces himself to be. But if he forces himself to be more than he is then he is doing it for egotistical reasons. Discipline shouldnt come from an egotistical place but rather a place of giving yourself that wich you NEED and not what you WANT or DESIRE.
      Detach from desire and expectations.
These words are the true reflection of what you need to do for yourself whatever that may be.
For me? I always had strenght and Discipline but what i lacked was my reasons for it. I never did it to live a fullfilled life. I simply chased what o was told was the thing to make me happy. It did. But from an egotistical point. Made mr weaker more than stronger. These lessons taught me to simply exist in the present. No expectations to life. Only Discipline and building meaningfull and mindfull connections to people and my disciplines.

I became a loner very young probly at age 7!
I have embraced my singleness with Joy in my HEART for it has allowed me to become my Authentic Self, and learn Self-love!
I'm 62 and still enjoying this path! What I always found interesting was how even in a crowd I could feel and remain separate from everyone and continue on my path of singleness, it never bothered me! I can entertain myself and cultivate myself extremely well alone, while most people need other's, I just needed myself and GOD, to talk too😊!
I found Self-love was the key for me, because I came from a abusive environment and my singleness allowed me structure and solitude to reflect upon my dreams and goals for myself too reflect on! And accomplish by myself!
I had No play mate's I was Ostracized so my books and outdoors environment such as Trees, Animals, Bug's became my friend's and who I had relationship with!
This did nothing but enhance my Psychic Abilities to relate to all thing's! And see the magic in the world, which enhanced my personality, it made me exceptionally different from other children, but I never cared about fitting in anyway!
My father caught me once talking to the Bug's and bird's he told me to knock it off, but by then it was too late it had become part of my normal behavior and life😂!
Since he was one of my Abuser, his opion of me carried no weight with me anyway, and when the other kid's tried to shame me for being different that carried no weight either because they had already Ostracized me, what more could they do to me, they just didn't know how much I enjoyed being alone and away from their influence!
Not even my siblings paid attention to me, except to harass me and cause trouble for me, I couldn't wait until they left me alone to get back to my own word!
As an adult I am pretty much the same, I have been Celibate for year's and don't even miss the sex😂! I use that creative energy for my mental, emotional and growth, and for knowledge and learning!
I have a TWIN-FLAME but we don't even speak, he's off in the world doing his sexaul thing, dealing with his Karmic expressions!
And I have done my best, to let his life lessons be his own growth experiences!
While I continue to walk this path in life🎉 alone!

That leads to depression and death. Walking your path alone means that you are on a personal journey that no-one else can truly follow. I agree. Being a loner doesn't mean you're a loser. I am one myself. I do have friends but aren't really attached to them. In school, I mostly do everything alone. People say I'm a weirdo. I don't care. I do my job and I get it done, just the same as how that same job could also be done by a team. Same speed, same quality, just all done by one single individual, rather than a group.
Having friends is a good thing. Just find the right ones. And these, are very hard to find. Some people shine when they are in a group, and some while they're on their own. And I personally, like the lone wolf approach. I don't have to wait for my friends to go anywhere, to do anything. All of what I do is for myself, not for others.

One of the wisest things God told me, when you notice something there is a reason. He enlightened me like the Buddha 8.4.2015. There is nothing in the Universe that is not a double edged sword. A cup of water can sate you or drown you. Your shadow can comfort you or trip you. The singularity created us. Namaste

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my CZcams channel 3 months ago about self development. Now I have 229 subs and almost > 90 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

This defines the 62 years I lived, consistently. I didn't know any other way. My first 3 years I was in a crib non-stop. Born 11 weeks premature and it devasted my socialite mother. It's by force of character, that I've endured. The best words to define my person; is I'm not of myself... independent of who I am, and happiness has never escaped me. I'm a bona fide loner.
Thank you for your intelligent insight and succinct way of conveying it. You're spot on!

The crux of my life's lesson as a loner 👇
Don't live in the past as it will give you the pain of regrets. Don't live in the future as it will give you the anxiety & fear of the unknown. Only live in the present & now , this will bring you peace , contentment and a blissful existence , so much so that people will long for your company so that they could feel the same way .

@@hardlines2635Sounds like _The Twilight Zone_ to me. How do you say "immediate future" to anyone when tomorrow isn't promised for any of us? There are people who were alive just yesterday who didn't live to see this day. And there are people who are alive right now and they'll be gone before the sun sets tonight -- perhaps young and thinking they have their whole lives ahead of them, with no idea that the final hours of their lives are ticking down until they will take their last breath.
I'm four years now into a cancer battle and a week ago today, I made my final arrangements for my cremation and burial to be interred in an urn above my maternal grandmother's casket.
I have more loose ends to tie up, but my point is that my parents and beloved aunt are gone now, and with no real family and close friends who live nearby, I have to handle all this stuff myself.
I pray God will be merciful and draw my life to a close before the pain becomes all consuming and intolerable. I don't want to be a burden to anyone and being a loner with trust issues, I don't want anyone to have to bathe and take care of me. Anyway, I'm glad to have found this vid very early this morning. I truly needed it to help me make peace with my past and a love r'ship that didn't work out.

Living in Japan for many years taught me these. For ppl who are a loner like me, these principles would be well fitted on. Many didn't know that majority of Japanese are not materialistic unlike South Koreans where each and everyone are it seems to be in a race of who will get the most expensive bags and clothes or jewelries, that everything must be grand unlike Japan, japanese wanted the simplest but beautiful and meaningful. My 14 yrs there is enough to adapt customary and traditions.
