  • Heck yeah this thing sings! Usually these suckers hate overdrive but, as with any amp, there are some good ones and some bad ones. This is a good one for sure. Even with the stock (very bright) black widow it's smooth and tasteful and useful sounding. I'm running EMG pickups, a joyo american sound overdrive, and some delay and verb from a boss MS-3, which is the most useful pedal I've ever seen. Thanks for watching:)

Sounds great, you and the gear. There is one of those amps listed on craigslist by me, that's how I got here.

Man that thing has done great for me. Just a great all around gig rig and it loves pedals, too. The eq will shape it pretty much however you like. Hope you get it man:)

they are only going for a couple of hundred. Fiddle players love them though. Electric fiddle players. I have one sitting at the bottom of my steps. I have never even thought about plugging a guitar into it. it's the 15 inch speaker. To much stuff that you don't need. I don't like 10's either. 1x12 for me.

Great sounding rig ya got. Which speaker you got in that amp? The Black Widow or JBL? Sounds like a JBL...
