HD TROMMEL SCREENS, LLC has established itself as the primary supplier of Heavy Duty rock Trommel Screens. Specialization has been the key to HD Trommel Screens success in every aspect of technology, design, manufacture, sales and customer support which all play a major part in the type of Trommel Screen we supply to our customers.
Heavy Duty Trommel Screens are the alternative to flat deck and grizzly type screening plants. The Trommel design is flexible and can be adapted to suit the ever changing demands that the quarry and mining industries expect from this type of screening plant.
We build our screens to the customers specifications so your rock is always clean and to the correct sizes. These screens are interchangeable, so if your aggregate contracts change, so can your Trommel Screen.
Our Trommels range from Road Mobile to Semi-Static, from 500ttph (through tons per hour) to 1000ttph.
Our Trommels can produce from 2 to 7 different clean product sizes depending upon the configuration of the Trommel Screen.
New or old, we can keep your Trommel Screen running at full production. We keep a large list of parts in stock. We are able to service your Trommel Screen and refurbish certain parts or the whole plant. Or if you no longer have any use for your Trommel Screen, we can sell it for you.
Don’t let those piles of waste material sit there on your job site, with a HD Trommel Screen you can find those hidden profits.
    _____
Our Trommel Screens are built to customer specifications, allowing the customer to choose what size of rock they want in each load out bay. This allows the quarry/mine to handle the material the least amount of times before it is sold.
    For example, in this video:
    * The material being screened is as-dug.
    * The first and second sections of the drum is a fines material that is being transferred to a deck screener.
    * The second section is transported to a crusher.
    * The third section stock piled and sold as is.
    * The discharge end (oversize material that falls out the end of the drum) is also stock piled and sold as is.

Our Trommel Screens are built to customer specifications, allowing the customer to choose what size of rock they want in each load out bay. This allows the quarry/mine to handle the material the least amount of times before it is sold.
      For example, in this video:
The material being screened is as-dug.
The first and second sections of the drum is a fines material that is being transferred to a deck screener.
The second section is transported to a crusher.
The third section stock piled and sold as is.
The discharge end (oversize material that falls out the end of the drum) is also stock piled and sold as is.
It all depends upon the customer/quarry's needs and what size material they are looking to sell.
We have Trommel Screens that only clean the material by screening out the clay, sand and fines, then all the clean material can be crushed or screened down further if required.
And then we have Trommel Screens that only screen out of the fines in the first section and then each section after that is a salable product straight out of the Trommel.
Our Trommels can produce 2 to 9 different screened sizes.
