Good question! Everything would remain pretty much the same. I would still recommend you using a hook to rope the viewers into the video. Then the middle part would be explaining more of the story, leading up to the main point of the story, the climax. So the formula remains pretty much the same, but instead of adding jokes and making it lighthearted, you'd just make the story-line the mood that you want it to be. Hope that helps! :)
