2 of the most exciting captains the maple leafs ever had! An era of greats who took their careers seriously and gave everything they had! Grew up watching both these men bust it every game they played! Love em both Loved watching them!
Lord Stanley should have been won in the 90s by these two great players had it not been for one Wayne Gretzky with a cheap shot he got away with by the NHL officials because he was the Great One! These 2 guys bled the white and blue in the 90s.
Two of the greatest to don the Leafs jersey, and to have been able to watch them together was an honour. Those were some exciting years. Been a fan a long time, and the Pat Burns and Pat Quinn eras were by far the most exciting to watch.
I grew up watching Sittler, McDonald etc, but I never felt as much excitement then those couple of years with Dougie and the boys. I still wonder what would have happened if it weren't for Fraser.
I did as well, and I agree completely. No cup, but they were great. There are so many great Leafs and it is a shame they are not carved in the Cup. I was a tennis net judge in a match between Sittler, and Dan Maloney when I was 13 (my brush with fame).
They would have been great in Boston. They would have been perfect for the no BS culture surrounding the Bruins. The fans would have loved them. I'm just thankful that I got see them play for the my Leafs.
Awesome Brilliant compilation of Clark and Gilmour That was some of the best hockey the NHL ever seen and 💯 better than the woke garbage of today I’m still sore from the Gretzky high stick that never got called.. Clark and Gilmour may have had a Stanley cup..they deserved it
What? No "Quiet Room"? No "Concussion Spotters"? Well, the NHL players in 2024 ARE very cute. Very nice moves. Puke. Puke. Puke. Ref! He looked at me and said I was Neurodiverse AND Nonbinary!!!!! Whaaaaaa!!!!!!
This brought tears to my eyes. The '93 Leafs would have eaten today's Leafs alive.
You are so darn right miss that team.

Clark and Gilmour were a great combination on any team back then
Brilliant Stuff , two tremendous Players who could do it all

Even as a habs fan, I have to admit that those two were a lot of fun to watch... just awesome.
This is the greatest thing ive seen in awhile
Crazy to have two players with such heart on the same team
This kicked ass man. Way to go!

I can't say for sure who'd win, but it would've been a wild ride

Kerry F*kn Fraser. I'm still mad at him, and it's been 30 years.
As a Bruins fan, I have so much respect for both these guys. I wish they could’ve been Bruins. Especially Wendel haha

It was a great 1993 spring.....until the high stick that everyone saw except for the officials
Coming from a Leafs fan in NY. I started getting into Hockey in 2007. I grew up with players like Mats Sundin, Bryan McCabe, and Thomas Kaberle.
With a tear in my eye ric flair quote
Salming was my favorite player growing up. It wasn't til gilmour that I had another favorite and noone since
Those were fun days, for sure.
I love it im a big fan of gilmour
York was established in 1793. Fitting.
Damn. This mix is savage. Badass song choice and solid, old school editing. Keep up the great, hard work. Goal!
Thanks for making this video. Some of the most exciting years as a Leafs fan.
Great clips
Kerry Fraser took his 30 pieces of silver and ROBBED us of Toronto VS Montreal 92 / 93
What a series that could have been .
The sad thing is that it will never happen again as they are in the same division now.
Awesome!
Can do a similar one for almost the same duo - Messier and Graves
Awesome

Wendel STILL is God.
definitely not marner and matthews
Kerry Fraser.

Do not f*** with Gilmour, he's tough enough himself and if there's anything left, Wendel Clark will destroy everything, and score also
Should have ended it with the black eye Clark gave McSorely
I'm from the U.K and don't really follow Ice Hockey but seeing Clarke crack MM ,2st lighter he backed that top enforcer up.
Clark + Dougie >>>>> Austin + Willie
Bertuzzi + Domi??😳🤔
@@flannelfield5255 sprinkle in some reeves and you have baumgarteners replacement as well 😂
