2016 was his peak year. He was very sad when he lost against Federer at Wimbledon in 2012. However, a few months later, he beat Federer with a great game at the London Olympics at Wimbledon and won the gold medal. I wish he won the more grand slams. Unfortunately, after 2017, serious injuries did not allow it. Thank you for your contributions to tennis, I will miss your competitive game and spirit. You will not be forgotten, especially with your 2013 Wimbledon and Olympic golds

I'm so sorry you're retiring, but you must have made the right decision. Enjoy your life in the best way.
You are 7 days older than Novak... I really wonder when he will take the same step.
But I don't think it will happen so soon, unless something like a "force majeure" happens.
