I love that this doesn’t use loads of egg yolks like other recipes so you aren’t left with lots of spare egg whites!

Just made this and i don’t know if it’s normal but it kinda tastes a little eggy although i used fresh eggs and stirred constantly over low heat-bainmarie. Is that may be because it hasn’t been chilled yet?

Just made the curd with some adjustments to my ingredients and cannot believe how easy it was to make and how tasty itis to make. Next step: Bake a short pastry pie crust & fill it with the curd!

Hi, I’ve just made it and you have to leave it cooking for about 20 minutes for it to thicken! X

for an easier, healthier lemon curd:
    4 whole eggs
4 tbs coconut oil or butter
    4 tbs honey
    1 1/2 cups lemon juice
melt the honey and coconut oil/butter over low heat and mix well. add in the eggs and juice and place back in heat for a few mins until it bubbles and has thickened and you’re done! eat it straight away or put it in the fridge for it to cool and thicken a bit more. i used it in my macrons and it was delicious!

maryamh why would you put your recipe on georgia's channel? get your own channel sis. besides...if you're making lemon curd you don't want it to be healthy. one eats it because it isn't.
