How To Find Your iPhone From Apple Watch

How to find your iPhone from Apple Watch. There are 2 methods to locate your lost iPhone using your Apple Watch. You can use either your Apple Watch 'Ping' or 'Find Devices' feature. These methods will work for most versions of Apple Watch to find your lost iPhone. I'm using an Apple Watch SE in this help guide. PLEASE NOTE: If the swipe up method no longer brings up the 'Find iPhone' icon (after an Apple update), then you need to press on the side button instead.

in my watch even though i have set up my phone and watch as devices in the find my app it doesnt show any devices and says ‘no apple devices found to locate’. Could you please help?

At the front of each video please state the watch model and watch iOS.
Apps and functions vary widely.
After watching this video and searching my watch for too long not finding the Devices app I think my watch does not have the capabilities for this feature.

You can also touch and hold the phone icon, which will activate the flash as well as ping the phone. Helpful when its dark.

Yes you’re right, thanks for the feedback. If the swipe no longer works you now have to press the side button to get the ‘find iPhone’ icon up. I’ll post an updated version of this video soon.
