- Join the crew as we begin a large stamped concrete patio project. First the old concrete needed to be removed from under the deck and it was a tight squeeze with the skid loader! Enjoy
No drama anymore. Running of gas, no shows, and etc.. this is a good crew for Ryan. He deserves a awesome crew!!!!

that was funny when Tino let Eric take a few swings with the sledgehammer then said OK Eric give it to me. also great to hear that both Autumn and Francisco will be back, and the team will be complete. so many call the guys the crew but watching everyone working together it is clear it is a true team all working towards having a winning season.

I think tino is the oldest besides bugs. I wonder how old he is. He is my favorite. Such a hard worker. Such a good guy. I really hope ryan rewards him. He honestly works the hardest now consistently day in and day out. Bugs is top dog for experience and overall hustle but tino is reallyyyyyy putting in the tough work lately! Hes a beast

Some guys are worth it to the point expectations change. I've known guys like that. He shouldn't be 5 min late every day, but if that's his only flaw I'll take him. Hard worker, no drama, knowledgeable and quick learner. I hate when people are late all the time but Tino is golden, he can have a 10 min buffer.

You should get a small trailer for your stamping stuff. You and the guys spend so much time shuffling them around and your collection is ever growing.

One recommendation for all the new stamps you are collecting…mark each set with a different color spray paint or paint marker. That way when you are grabbing them for a job, you don’t get one odd skin mixed in that doesn’t match. Really easy to do when you are on the job working fast.
As far as I can see, ProLine produces all stamps in two colors, red and blue, regardless of the design. It seems to me that this is a mistake or flaw in the design.
Definitely each design should be in a different color to avoid the possibility of confusion.
Gotta respect ray though , not trying to get anyone’s bush removal skipped or block a fire hydrant. Looking after himself and the company. I like that.

Tito is a very personable member of the crew. He has a great personality and character which positively contrasts all of the others of the team - Easy-E, The Cisco Kid, Big Ray and Bro. I must say that Tino is a great addition to the crew. And am so glad to see him in Victory duds, alas.
Don't forget red handle to red handle and blue to blue when it comes to some of the stamps. I know you were just doing a quick demonstration, but the guy at the Farrell's show made a point to say that about the handles so it definitely has a reason.
