The fact that these kids still pick each other up gives me hope ❤ Both these teams are elite level kids and though we’ve lost twice to them, its still fun to play and have a competitive game!!
Both teams did amazing honestly.. couldn’t be more impressed. On a different day the other team could win. Good sportsmanship all around and I’m sure some of those mvps are going to the NBA

First they got beat 36-6 and this is the rematch where they lost by another large margin.
When I was in third grade ref would let travels slide sometimes yet we still couldn’t make a 3 our whole career on the pacers (they branded after real teams) so I got an offer to the blazers but I quit cause this dude was getting on our nerves although I still play today I’m on the spurs now (still going by real team names)
That’s cool you have a league imitating the NBA. I grew up in Utah so the Jazz sponsored “Junior Jazz” but everyone would just get issued the same reversible jr. Jazz jerseys over the whole state; there wasn’t many competing leagues until you got a little older
I’m really starting to hate what basketball has become. Little kids arguing with refs? Wearing all of these accessories like they are in any kind of danger of pulling a muscle? Flexing and talking trash as little kids? Ridiculous, they should be playing just to have fun, not to get exposure on social media. Adults are the problem though not them, they’re doing what they see. Adults have to do better and let kids just be kids and stop making them grow up so fast.

Unfortunately, by the tone and skill of these third graders, this is a HIGHLY competitive league. These kids are all about winning and arent there for participation trophies, so a little attitude and flare is required and welcomed to compete at this level. Also, the fact that you're bothered by accessories someone else is wearing is weird. What are they suppose to do? Never watch the NBA nor emulate what their idols do and wear? "Kids" is a generalized term. The rate in which these "kids" mature and experience life is different for everyone. Not based on what you think it should be.
damn this is definitely a sports place in ohio. i used to play for a team when i was in the 3rd grade i played at this exact same arena for so long. brings back memories and cool to see these young kids dominating at such young age
