Memes in its earlier days back in 2010 were also about relatable events turned into images, but I do think the difference here comes in the frequency of the referenced events. Having the 109th "When your opponent uses Maxx 'C' in Master Duel" meme appear on your feed does get pretty old quickly.
What you don't understand is that the relatable experiences and affirmations that people share on meme review are the same rehashed jokes or complaints we've heard 40,000 time

The point of the dragon meme is that if you see it you don’t know if its being played in D-Link, or Bystial And, and VS is the last you’d think of.
It doesn’t land b/c you can play it in ANYTHING so thats not what you’d think of first.
There’s so many better ones, like cynet mining or different ED cards that are made with the same material.

Got to lvl 19 with going second adventure Vaylantz. Tried to go for 20 but well my luck ran out after getting hit with the Maxx C and draw into nib many games in a row.

@@Momo_pstat4 Ehh don't worry about it I was originally planning for level 15 just for gems but I was going on winstreaks with it so I wanted to see how far it could go. I personally had a good time outside of the Maxx C stuff.
Definitely harder than the previous DC because the format is more diverse, making it harder to play a specific card to counter popular decks. For example, I don't even try to win against Puppet-Lock Branded and just move on to the next game.
That being said, I managed to reach level 20 using Sky Striker, so it should be possible and easier if using meta deck.

Valius is a Dragon so VS can search it which is really good for the deck. So the joke is you expect d link or branded and surprise, it's VS. Farfa just burned his 2 brain cells almost laughing at an over used floo joke because it was deep fried.
I think it's about trying to figure out what deck your opponent is on. You see a Bystial and assume it's Dlink or Branded, but it ends up being Vanquish Soul.
tbf since the verte hit Dragoon wasnt played the onyl deck that has him now is Despia and its not even top tier. but since MD or OCG will never ban verte no Dragoon
Branded, despia, bystial, albaz, chaos, dragon, engine, fire hydrant is absolutely top tier it simply is hilariously expensive to play even if branded fusion is at one
