Burglar Alarm & First Responders Save Houston, TX Widow from Home Invasion

Alone and asleep in her Houston home, Suzanne Smith was awakened by the shrieking noise of her burglar alarm. Fleeing to her bathroom and holding the door shut, Suzanne heard someone coming toward her bedroom. On the phone was ADT Emergency Dispatcher Stacey Fioravanti who called police and kept Suzanne calm until they arrived and arrested the home invader. Without help, Suzanne believes she could have been harmed or killed. She is anxious to meet Stacey in person and to publicly thank first responders.
