I saw this very video on screen when it came out like twenty years ago. Your best bet is attend your local military Airshow. Civilian airshows can have a good military presence to just have to look into it.

I'd argue that if we found a dead pilot that lost situational awareness. Once the person is found. You can pinpoint his or her death and draw a 5 mile radius of where you immediately do not want to be.
