Update: To everyone asking me for an update, it's been more than a year, honestly. I think maybe a year and six months, maybe more. I listened to this sub for like a week or two, and it didn't work. But that's on me, honestly. My mind was all over the place at the time.
In September 2023 though, I came across the band Sleep Token, and their songs (mainly) inspired me to write some poems. Here are the pieces of advice that I can give you: listen to this sub and find inspiration. Study your favorite songs, understand WHY you like them. Grab everything you learn along the way and keep writing. Even if it doesn't look good at the start, trust the process. The first step to being good at something is being bad at it!
