Judge Both is the best. She can't be fooled... She puts down hard conditions... Meant for rehabilitation. That's what we need... Not a hamster wheel of into your of jail.
Choices all about choices. I’m going to say this- all those who have an addiction issue, I truly hope they can become a recovering addict, who works everyday to stay sober. Gets their lives together. For those that are mentally ill, I pray they get the treatment. Even if someone gets life, they can still be a positive influence inside prison, to all those in the prison community too.
However, if anyone is not able to provide care, and be responsible enough to take care of themselves or stay out of trouble with the legal system, then they shouldn’t be able to have children or be able to be primary caregiver for any children they already have. They’re not responsible enough to bring them into this world.
That’s not clear to me or the defendant, HOW DO THEY COME BACK TO COURT, to say my concerns are not being addressed? Do I walk in, do I call, do I go thru a procedure, do I file paperwork, WHAT DO I DO?
12 hrs is considered a full time college schedule as required by the federal government.

Nobody can save a user except for the user. We need to put more responsibility & accountability on the addict. Only they can save themselves but in most cases they won't because society has told them it's not their fault, it's a disease. No it's not. There are definite choices made by every addict. This guy has 5 or 6 kids & none of them were reason enough for him to clean up & stay clean. What a sad life.
Even his kids aren't enough of an incentive to do right thing.
In Texas they are big on talking about ones 'rights' far less keen on granting such rights.

Not every tattoo is about gangs, most of the time they mean something to that person. Maybe they lost someone, or they have birth of child(ren). Or the just like tattoos. I would like a butterfly and a Star Of David, however i hate neddles!

What irritates me about this judge, asking questions about a person’s tattoos, piercings and not to use the word kid. It’s none of her business what a person wears and according to Webster Dictionary the word kid is defined as a small child. Then, we are forced to listen to her past experiences that has nothing to do with the case. That’s why I like Judge Simpson, fast, clean, to the point and professional.
Let me educate you. She asks about tattoos because gang and cartel members are identified by their tattoos and that may change the sentence, what other programs they have to complete and what section of the prison they need to be placed in.
And if you don't like her, why are you here, why are you watching?
If you don't like it, don't watch it. I think you just like to fuss. I really don't think anybody really cares what you think. I bet you have the same kind if body art. Feeling guilty?
