    I use my phone as a wifi comnection. I already repair many of my neighborhood cars. This cements my troubleshooting credibility and methoodology. A game changer.

    @michaelbamber4887 Před měsícem +1

    Ha ha, that old adapter you had, as an old man, is for bmws from the early 90s. Why you would need that, I'd never know. 😂

      I've just got the 2024 version on the back of your video and others, you no longer get the adapters, you get more functionality. Very nice tool, already half paid for in the first weeks work!

    Hi George, I’m considering this tool
    How are the coding features for BMW?
    I have the more basic one that doesn’t code, is it worth the upgrade

      @warrmr Před rokem +1

      For a hobbyist or DIYer a scanner tool is probably overkill. I use Carly to read out the fault codes and I have just got me a ISTA cable to do the DSC brake bleed.

      I use Bimmercode for coding, Bimmerlink for Diagnosis and a bluetooth ODBCII connector and just do it all from my phone. The apps are powerful and all you need really. A lot cheaper than this kit although nice to have a big screen.
