Man D Wade in his prime was something else, the athleticism, the speed and the fundamental within his game is stellar, a great basketball player. Can't wait to see his Hall of Fame introduction.

@@mikeperez5513 he had knee surgery the old school way to remove a piece of tendon in his joint right before going in the NBA. They literally cut his knee open and went in there to remove the part. Still dominated the league but too bad his knees kept getting injured over and over again

Literally, his body broke down due to his poor biomechanics, overuse, lack of recovery and flexibility despite his physique and overall health. If only he didn’t get injured, in my opinion, he would be in the GOAT debate. But then again, NBA history would look very different without injuries.

Wade was the most complete guard in his prime. The defense, his shot was falling even from 3. He also had the play making and the rebounding. This season in 2008-09, Wade averaged 30 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block per game.
This year the MVP should have been for wade

For people that complain about LeBron's rosters his first seven years I give you this Heat roster.
I was talking about his post Shaq and pre LeBron teams.
@tony tonyt LeBron had a dude who was All NBA and top 10 in MVP for 2 of his 3 rings in 2012 and 2013. (Granted in the 2013 playoffs he was so hurt and awful for the most part, LeBron carried them to the finals, but he did show up G7 vs IND, G4-7 Vs Spurs).
Shaq wasn't top 10 in MVP in 06. But he was still a legit All star tho and like you said, First Team All NBA. His competition was Yao who was hurt that season often (played only 57 games) and Ben Wallace who isn't a first, second, or third ballot HOF (Im sure he'll make it eventually) .
It's actually funny how much 06 team was all Wade. Just look at what happened: Cuz when Wade went down with knee and shoulder Injuries after all star break 07, Heat got swept in the first round with the exact same 06 team (Wade postponed surgery and came back and tried to play thru it, was a mistake as Pat Riley admitted a year later when it looked like his career was over). Then that Heat team won 15 games in 07-08 with Hobbling Wade coming off surgery and needing to get shut down after All star break for second knee procedure (everyone said he was next Penny hardaway, he looked done. Not even a top 10 SG in the league tho he put up good numbers), Shaq until deadline, and Riley as coach (5 wins w/o Wade). So yeah 06 was one of the worst championship rosters of all time. Majority at end of their careers

So nah LeBron didn't have "First Team All NBA" for that particular year, but he had 2 First Ballot HOF in their primes lol. Not just a HOF, an all time great player (easily a top 50 player all time, most notable lists have him top 25, but Bron fans say he D league trash so we'll just keep it top 50)

I agree tho Bron carried em the last 2 playoff runs. Was definitely not a superteam at that point. Majority of playoffs, it was like Bron was in Cleveland again. But like I said earlier, Wade showed up 2013 G7 vs IND, G4-7 Vs Spurs and gotta give him credit for that. If he doesn't have that G4, Heat lose in 5. He was big time in G7.

Wade in his prime was one of the most athletic guys to ever play in the nba but never gets brought up in those type of debates. Wade had a faster 3/4 sprint and faster cone drill then both derek rose and russel wetrbook in the nba combine. Wade was to dam fast and quick at 6"4.
