when he mentioned how just watching your vids give him that boost and motivation. and yeah, motivation is fleek, but i find watching your type of videos and other health influencers really gets me hype, it almost gets me in this productive mindset, and reminds me of how great being healthy really is. physically but especially mentally

Whats funny is, all these gen z kids started vaping to be cool and fit it. Then actually got addicted, (not referring to this dude) and now are gonna suffer from health complications later on in life
Same thing happened with baby boomers and gen X… Gen Z was almost the first generation to leave nicotine products in the past, until vapes came and ruined that.

I’m 24 and was one of the very first generations to get hooked on this absolutely massive Vape train. You said it perfectly, kids who never even had touched a cigarette started vaping to fit in or they thought it was cool. I literally witnessed it first hand with dozens of 15-18 year olds, but this was in 2014-2017. I started vaping to quit cigarettes and all the years later I still use both unfortunately. Shits not easy to kick, you gotta be healthy in every other aspect of your life I feel like or it will destroy you even harder trying to quit smoking. Cheers boys 🤙

@@NicoBearonyeah I saw cookie king talk about it. He tried a vape once then on the same day he went on a travel to a different country and he was shaking the whole time on the trip and felt like he was going to die without it and that was only after doing it once. He stayed in the country for 2 weeks tho and got over it so luckily he didn’t get addicted but it’s crazy how addictive it is like it’s probably almost impossible to stop that’s why it’s very important to teach your kids to absolutely never like never think of trying even once because once you do you’re cooked

Something that helped me quit was chewing gum that is the same flavor your vape was. So I loved mint flavored vapes, therefore I chewed a lot of peppermint gum

I vaped for 3 years and my dad smoke cigarettes for 10+ years. We both read a book called “the easy way to quit smoking” by Allen Carr. He’s been nicotine free for 5 years and I’ve been good for 7 months. I’ve given it to 3 different friends and they all have had success. I couldn’t imagine quitting other way. Would def recommend it
And we have 20 million people just walk in America.

Big fan, I've had dark circles around my eyes my whole life - and I was wondering what I could try to resolve them. I've always gotten a good amount of sleep (8+ hours), consumed vitamin C through potatoes and mandarins, and use a beef tallow product as well as vitamin C serum around my eyes. Am I getting too much sleep, or should I try to reduce the strain on my eyes through blue light glasses, what should I do.
Same thing with me man. I'm sorry to say, but it's genetics. Not everyone is perfect, and that's ok. We can't get rid of our dark circles, so best thing to do is focus on what we can change (the gym, clearer skin, etc) and make dark circles our only downside. Also make sure to always get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, sometimes 8+ is great but not all the time.

It’s a less addictive form of sugar but is still sugar. Best form of sugar u should have should be fruits or honey or use stevia sweetener.

Idk man I don't think there would be a way for you to bring up arguments better then faith, I mean meat is healthy and all that but its popular for taste, its not like there isn't any other way for you to get protein. Protesting by blocking roadways and damaging property is unacceptable. The best way to make a change is to vote for those who you want to represent you and your beliefs.
The constitution is built in order to make change by vote nearly impossible. It doesn’t matter what majority of people want, it matters which candidates can get the most amount of supporters, while changing the least to gain all their trust. Protests have been the way change has spread throughout history, civil rights movements, Vietnam war, and those protests blocked roadways as well. Maybe damaging property is too far but the local police and state troopers and have tear gassing peaceful protests (some have not been peaceful but the ones that are have still seen aggression from troopers). Voting doesn’t impact the money these people make so it won’t change a thing.
