Everything is all fun until you actually get stuck into a quicksand..
Honestly, it's not dangerous. Quicksand is more dense than a person is, the absolute worst case scenario is that you get stuck and can't get out. More likely, you'd be stuck and it could take ages to get out on your own.
As long as there's somebody nearby, you've got nothing to worry about.

Don’t just try this. You have to be strong to be able to do this, and if you get too tired and can’t escape you’re in trouble.

yeah.. it might seem fun and not a big deal here when u have ppl to help you and i c ppl saying how it's not the biggest problem because they don't see it like it's shown in the movies but if you check online sites it says if you are
stuck it's definitely possible to die especially if you are alone and can't get out for long times (even if you can only submerge and get stuck till your waist down or at most may be the chest and it doesn't submerge you till your head unless you fall in head first or get stuck in wrong angle eg.while front pedalling)
cuz you either don't know how to get out +there's no one to help and guide you
,just that not the same way as ppl do in movies but one could die of starvation, dehydration, predators like vultures/alligators etc in the wild attacking, hypothermia,sunstroke,crush syndrome, drowning from incoming tide from a river or falling head or face first in the quick sand and so on.
so it might not be a dramatic quick death but it might be a slow and a painful death (which might not seem as bad as in the movies but it's still death)..
so I wish they explained the realistic expectations when ppl get stuck when they are alone and are facing real danger cuz ppl seem to be taking it very lightly..
