Hells yea. They're setting a GREAT example for the younger third officer with them. He will learn so much from their calm and polite realism and how they will crack skulls and bust up REAL trouble, as they should, and they won't escalate things like this where citizens are simply flexing their rights peacefully and politely.
That Audit should be part training in US Police training.
We need to see a lot more of this, the TTA family is what makes that happen. Thanks TT!

Congratulations to Algonquin, Illinois. You have honorable, truth telling law enforcement officers. Intelligent, polite, resourceful, HONORABLE law enforcement officers. Officer Zahara and Officer Moore are to be commended and held up as the standard for good policing and community leaders.

Our office has a poster that says no video recording without a permit
The post office is also a private entity of the government so its not technically public property
Shoulda kept watching because once he mentioned poster 7 and the rules and he found that grey area, im on his side now lol
@@ShaquilleOatmeal94 that’s just not true. USPS is most definitely not a “private entity” and the the DHS memo in 2018 makes it completely lawful to be able to film on postal property and other government agencies

I love it. I try to show cops I am not a threat and then they don't see me as one. We can treat each other like humans and actually help one another and feel like we are actually on the SAME SIDE as it should be.

These officers were very professional and knowledgeable about their jurisdiction where the United States Post Office is concerned. The fact that the first officer who made contact was very polite, engaging in a civil, knowledgeable conversation was refreshing to watch. And the older and rookie officers were just as nice as the first making this video a joy to watch. Thank you and happy holidays to you and everyone who's watching.
This was like watching you mine for gold. Those "most excellent" officers were the gold, especially the rookie who was more knowledgeable than many officers with decades on the force. The difference in training showed the importance of good officer training just as bad training preceeds bad police behavior. Once again showing that TTA and auditing in general are changing America for the better. Salute to TTA and good police. ❤

Don't trust that they did the correct thing until you see the body cam of their manner educating the postal staff
That was a golden opportunity to ask that reasonable cop how he justifies arresting people for a plant, the war on drugs, prison for profit, zero "speedy trial," being caged is indeed "cruel and unusual," people getting PTSD from being caged, arrested, victimless crimes, etc., etc. How could anyone do that job with critical thinking and a conscience?

Not a good look for the USPS but, the real winners today, was the Algonquin Police Department!!! They stayed true to their oath of office, beautiful. They surely get an A+. This is most definitely democracy, auditing and the constitution of the United States of America 🇺🇸 at its best work. A lot of other police departments and businesses owning up and just following the laws of the land. God bless you, James and TTA FAMILY. A win for us all.

Don't fall for those distractions and ignore their questions about the camera and keep them focused on THEIR violations, J-Town Press is a master at that very thing. Tyrants are always trying to change the topic on her as well and she never takes the bait and instead ignores their verbal distractions and continues to keep the conversation on what SHE wants, not what they want. Just a suggestion....*

These officers are so professional. I truly admire their friendliness and helpful attitude to the public and they didn't automatically try to appease the Government workers feelings but instead, upheld the actual law. These are the kind of officers that need promoted into greater rolls!

This was one of the best auditing videos I've watched and you did a wonderful job. and in addressing the missing poster 7 as well. And these officers aren't left out. Thanks goes out to these officers they did a wonderful job as well. These are also officers who do their jobs with integrity.

I can deal with the post office failing in their duties at times, since they are just civilians, but cops should never fail in their duties. These guys deserve a very long and blessed career and America would be so great if more were like them.
Even though the audits with controversy are entertaining, it was a great pleasure to watch these two officers do such an amazing job.

I don’t normally post post comments on the police just because I try to stay away from negativity as a whole but to these officers I wanted to say thank you! It's a beautiful thing. I admit I like seeing bad cops and employees put in check when need be but if they do the right thing that never has to even happen. In fact I would rather see interactions like THIS instead of hostile drama.

Great conduct by all the officers involved and I have watched many of these post office audits and I have never seen officers so educated on 1st amendment and especially jurisdiction in a post office… the supervisor was very unprofessional and clueless about poster seven which could come back on her down the road. As always TTA you were respectful and kind and that why I look forward to your videos… thank you for another educational video.

How many times, does a supervisor at a Post Office have to call the police and get told recording is perfectly legal, before they share this news nationwide? If this doesn't exemplify the gross negligence in our government institutions, what does?
You did great, TTA! You always have an easygoing and nonconfrontational manner. It's nice to see the occasional cop that understands the Bill of Rights. I will never understand how these post offices don't have a clue as to what their own regs and rules are. Mandatory training must become the norm.
Finally after so many videos, real cops are showing what means "to protect and serve the people". Congrats to those cops and to you TTA.

Glad to see the police department fully informed regarding our right to record in public. I still don’t understand how many postal workers are so clueless regarding public photography. You would think the Post Masters would have educated their postal workers by now after all the postal audits that have occurred over the years. 😮
That supervisors look revealed that she called the cops... her look showed "just wait for the cops to get here they'll take care of you." I really like your demeanor with the police, you're very polite, and calm. That's awesome! Great educational audit. Stay safe, Happy New Year! 🎉

The postal employee was terrible. Rude and dismissive. Thought it was going south until those officers showed up. All 3 officers were perfect examples of how law enforcement should treat members of the public. Fantastic audit!

I'm European, I have never visited the US, but I'm getting education on what life is really like there, by watching these very interesting and informative "auditing-videos".
... I find it interesting that although the "Poster-7-Rules-and-Regulations" is compulsory in Post-Offices, it seems more like a personal choice, for the employees to decide if it will be displayed or not!? 🤔 ... I would have thought that there would be some kind of regular inspection of the offices, and the requirement that workers know what their own rules are, and what is expected of their public-service-employment! 🤐
