Min'an, a thousand-year-old town on the southeast coast of China, is known as the first gateway to the coast of Fujian Province, and was once a major military and customs port in history. Min'an Village is a national historical and cultural village located in Tingjiang Town, Mawei District, Fuzhou City, was a military fortress of Fuzhou and the centre of Fujian sea defense, one of the earliest foreign trade ports in China, and an important node of China's "Maritime Silk Road".
