ഗുരുവിനെക്കുറിച്ച് എത്രകേട്ടാലും പുതിയതായി എന്തെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടാകും. ഗുരുനിന്ദ ജീവിത വ്രതമാക്കിയ വ്യക്തിയെ ഈ ഗംഭീര പ്രഭാഷണത്തിൽ പ്രതിപാദിക്കാതിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ എന്നാശിച്ചു.
Guru's Concept of Love Human happiness is instigated by four basic chemicals: dopamine, endorphins, serotonin and oxytocin. Exercise releases endorphins and wealth releases dopamine; compassion and offerings release serotonin and closeness and liking release serotonin and oxytocin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that helps to combat depression and create a sense of well-being. Guru was a man of love capable of giving love in words and deeds. While returning from village school, when Nanu saw an ascetic being jeered, heckled and stoned by his friends, he cried for the first-time in his life. When he had seen rice spilling out from a wood fired ebullient mud pot in an out-caste Hindu hut, he removed it from the fire hearth to save them from starving. At Chempazhanthi, he visited out-caste Hindus at their huts to teach them cleanliness and alphabets. Amid his wandering life, Guru gave his income from betel vine to Kaliamma. He fed a puppy and fed and treated an out-caste Hindu leper by the name Chathan at his hut in Varanapallil. At Aruvippuram, he gave a jackfruit to a thief and added: “It might have been difficult in the dark rainy night. Do not steal at night.” At Advaita Asramam, he gave a helping hand to thieve a wooden beam at night. When Guru had understood that the coin box of Sivagiri Mutt was robbed, he said: “It would have been much difficult for the robber if the cash or gold had been with different donors; it became easy for him when all were in one place.” He started Night Schools at Sivagiri and Vettur. One cultivates affection from compassion. He told Kumaran Asan to propose Ayyankali as a member of Sree Moolam Praja Sabha. Guru had met his bedridden teacher, Raman Pillai Asan in General Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram in 1910, meditated and posted a helper. To a query whether he had preferred matrilineal or patrilineal inheritance, he replied ‘ayalpakathaayam’ (neighbour inheritance). VT Bhattathiripad said, “Sree Narayana Guru is Mahabali.” Osho said: "If you love a flower, don’t pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation." Guru had saved a young couple and her children from drowning in Vamanapuram River at Attingal and entrusted them with their relatives at Varkala. Poet MP Appan called Guru ‘Lord of Love.’ “If the heart is not well cared for, there would be no compassion arising for oneself or another.” Guru supported Vaikom Satyagraha and entry on temple roads. A fruit or something was given to many childless couples and they were blessed by children. He had given some ‘ottamooli’ and many people were relieved. He read devotees’ minds and satisfied their desires. Guru said: “One's action should be for the benefit of one’s neighbour also. An act that one performs for himself should also be for the well-being of others.” He advised people to love good persons first, grasp their virtuous charismas, develop self-character, then love and tame the bad and impart good appeals in them. Guru told Principal Sankunni, “Love humans like drunkards eating a fish. Love your near ones first, then love others over time. Do not leave anybody.” Guru used to address himself as we and not I. He had taken Kumaran Asan for higher studies to Bengaluru and entrusted him to Dr Palpu. Guru directed Sahodaran Ayyappan to Kumaran Asan in Thiruvananthapuram for his higher studies. When Dharma Sangham was formed at Koorkancheri on 10th January, 1928, Natarajan was permitted to stay apart. Guru said that ignorance is the cause of hate and dearth of love is the basis of grief. He sent Natarajan to Europe for higher studies four months before his Samadhi. Muthedath had visited Guru for his blessings and presented five silver coins and Guru returned him three coins with a comment: “What is due for mine (blessings) is yours and what is due for yours (wealth) is mine.” In ‘Subramonia Keerthanam’ verse 12 Guru sang, “Thatti perukki peru veli athil aakkeeduvaan pinnayaatte kastam dinam athu pidicho, madira athu kudicho kidakkunna lokarkku uthistothista seekram nadiyil muzhukuvaan kaalamaayi vannathippol.” Guru addressed God “Dayaa Sindho” and “Deenaavanaparaayanaa” in ‘Daiva Dasakam.’ Guru was an Advaiti and he showed heartiness to other flora and fauna. Love is light, gravity, power and God. Mark Twain stated, “Goodness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” Dr S Mohandas

Guru's Concept of Love
Human happiness is instigated by four basic chemicals: dopamine, endorphins, serotonin and oxytocin. Exercise releases endorphins and wealth releases dopamine; compassion and offerings release serotonin and closeness and liking release serotonin and oxytocin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that helps to combat depression and create a sense of well-being. Guru was a man of love capable of giving love in words and deeds. While returning from village school, when Nanu saw an ascetic being jeered, heckled and stoned by his friends, he cried for the first-time in his life. When he had seen rice spilling out from a wood fired ebullient mud pot in an out-caste Hindu hut, he removed it from the fire hearth to save them from starving. At Chempazhanthi, he visited out-caste Hindus at their huts to teach them cleanliness and alphabets. Amid his wandering life, Guru gave his income from betel vine to Kaliamma. He fed a puppy and fed and treated an out-caste Hindu leper by the name Chathan at his hut in Varanapallil. At Aruvippuram, he gave a jackfruit to a thief and added: “It might have been difficult in the dark rainy night. Do not steal at night.” At Advaita Asramam, he gave a helping hand to thieve a wooden beam at night. When Guru had understood that the coin box of Sivagiri Mutt was robbed, he said: “It would have been much difficult for the robber if the cash or gold had been with different donors; it became easy for him when all were in one place.” He started Night Schools at Sivagiri and Vettur. One cultivates affection from compassion. He told Kumaran Asan to propose Ayyankali as a member of Sree Moolam Praja Sabha. Guru had met his bedridden teacher, Raman Pillai Asan in General Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram in 1910, meditated and posted a helper. To a query whether he had preferred matrilineal or patrilineal inheritance, he replied ‘ayalpakathaayam’ (neighbour inheritance). VT Bhattathiripad said, “Sree Narayana Guru is Mahabali.” Osho said: "If you love a flower, don’t pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation."
Guru had saved a young couple and her children from drowning in Vamanapuram River at Attingal and entrusted them with their relatives at Varkala. Poet MP Appan called Guru ‘Lord of Love.’ “If the heart is not well cared for, there would be no compassion arising for oneself or another.” Guru supported Vaikom Satyagraha and entry on temple roads. A fruit or something was given to many childless couples and they were blessed by children. He had given some ‘ottamooli’ and many people were relieved. He read devotees’ minds and satisfied their desires. Guru said: “One's action should be for the benefit of one’s neighbour also. An act that one performs for himself should also be for the well-being of others.” He advised people to love good persons first, grasp their virtuous charismas, develop self-character, then love and tame the bad and impart good appeals in them. Guru told Principal Sankunni, “Love humans like drunkards eating a fish. Love your near ones first, then love others over time. Do not leave anybody.” Guru used to address himself as we and not I. He had taken Kumaran Asan for higher studies to Bengaluru and entrusted him to Dr Palpu. Guru directed Sahodaran Ayyappan to Kumaran Asan in Thiruvananthapuram for his higher studies. When Dharma Sangham was formed at Koorkancheri on 10th January, 1928, Natarajan was permitted to stay apart. Guru said that ignorance is the cause of hate and dearth of love is the basis of grief. He sent Natarajan to Europe for higher studies four months before his Samadhi. Muthedath had visited Guru for his blessings and presented five silver coins and Guru returned him three coins with a comment: “What is due for mine (blessings) is yours and what is due for yours (wealth) is mine.” In ‘Subramonia Keerthanam’ verse 12 Guru sang, “Thatti perukki peru veli athil aakkeeduvaan pinnayaatte kastam dinam athu pidicho, madira athu kudicho kidakkunna lokarkku uthistothista seekram nadiyil muzhukuvaan kaalamaayi vannathippol.” Guru addressed God “Dayaa Sindho” and “Deenaavanaparaayanaa” in ‘Daiva Dasakam.’ Guru was an Advaiti and he showed heartiness to other flora and fauna. Love is light, gravity, power and God. Mark Twain stated, “Goodness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.”
