- Just a quick chat about my initial thoughts/observations and inspections on an EICR i did for a sale of a property.
Remember, context is important, I can’t show/film every part of every test otherwise I’d still be there now😂just assume I’ve carried it out correctly

Was that insulation on gad pipe from the meter ? If so perhaps measures together round close proximity to cu.
Does it need to be bonded if it is a plastic back box? I've always been told no.

Hi, If your going to film on your phone, could you use it horizontaly instead of vetically it is a little off putting. Other than that it is a very good informative video.
