I was searching this kind of video everywhere, certain helpful but I am bit confused while shadowing as no instructions like should we pause and speak and continue? if so, where to stop and speak. Can you please guide for practice?

Regarding your question about where you should stop and speak, I haven't decided where in particular you should stop, so I'd like you to try adjusting your stopping position where you think it's better. It could be per sentence, per line, or shorter - make good use of CZcams's pause, rewind and speed change functions to practise the conversation at a speed that suits you and a feeling that you find easy to practise. In my case, I listen to the part I am interested in thoroughly and repeatedly, imitating the audio and repeating it until I can speak without audio or text.
