Push a piece of card board over the studs and tighten the old manifold back onto it tight, take it off and you have a template for reference I used to do it making exhaust manifold's… Excellent work btw

1/ the turbo heat is going to kill your break temps and boil that fluid, rip stopping power 2/ i hope you grinded all the weld boogers down inside the manifold because one of them will snap off and ruin your turbo 3/ make a heat shield and wrap the f out the turbo and mani to help those temps out on the fluids 4/ always remember to tripple check bolts and make sure there tight. i notice a trend where shits left loose and yall just send it. half assing everything looks fine and works fine until it doesnt.
I’m wrapping the downpipe and there’s going to be a heat shield in between that and the brake master and there’s no weld on the inside of the mani that’s loose
Are those tension rod bracket bolts supposed to be the u shaped ones? I’d imagine you should go back with oem or they might continue to have issues. Idk tho I’m CZcams certified.
Theres plenty of ways to bleed hydraulic lines. But for you guys i recomend a lazy method. Gravity bleeding, what that is , is when you fill up the resivour and open the bleeder at the bottom and let gravity bleed the fluid, you will just have to keep topping up the fluid at the top every so often, a suttle flick of the hydro brake helps any air escape the lines. Then from there is u wanna be precise do the 1 2 3 hold then open the bleeder line. But yep easy as fuck.
Wondering why just not use the two separate plates for the manifold? Cut them, shape them, bolt them on and less probability for warpage right? Or am I missing something? Regardless, this is one of those "if it gets the job done, fuck it" lol
