Nice ideas just a suggestion for the metal saw to work better I think you need to add weight to it, or use your arm to push down on it as the commercial products do.

tudo perfeito só faltou um tipo de mola de aço no arco de serra forçando para baicho para dar peso e assim conseguir um corte mais rapido pois sem esta pressão não ira conguir concluir o corte

i like the part when u placed the cutting disc in the cd reader what i did personally i placed the dvd disc in the angle grinder 11000 rpm of music shattering in pieces i am not dead yet

last idea is almost good, except cuting by hand is probably more efficient since the saw runs longer and makes some extra pressure on the cut

You want to add salt to work properly you'll have to add a wait at the end because your movement of your arm is already putting weight on the handsaw when you're cutting a piece of metal so you have to add about a pound of weight

Is the hospital close? Grinder needs right and left hand threaded end screws to prevent grinding wheel from becoming projectile.
