I took my son to Disney World a couple of years ago he enjoyed the water park but didn't really care for the park gen alpha doesn't know a lot of their IP's and doesn't really care about the ones they do know if they had Roblox land he would have been over the moon

I think Andrew reacted well against the swipe from zegler about his part in the film, kept quiet kept himself to himself and just got on with the job he was paid for , he'll be OK for future work, zegler on the other hand will not
She doesn’t care who she pisses off so long as it feeds her ego when she got casted Maria and West side story, Puerto Ricans were rightfully ticked off, because she had no business playing that role just like she has no business playing Snow White, but Rachel only cares about herself.

Saying "I'm so honoured to have this role and to be a part of a Disney classic history," would have helped get the audience on side. Instead we get, "It's Hollywood, baby!" I know that she'd young but someone should have instructed her in not sounding like an arrogant twat.

One of the issues for the strike is AI. There must have been one for CGI once upon a time. I'm surprised the dwarf actors aren't complaining about using CGI to replace them. So someday the use of AI will be normal. At first I thought the reason for the delay before I learned about the CGI was Disney put a gag order on Zegler and hoped a year is long enough for people to forget that she runs her mouth. But since Gal Gadot seems to be onboard with this narrative suggests this reimaging of Snow White is Disney's doing and not Zegler's. Or, they want to wait a year after Daily Wire's version is aired.
You just know she’s watching all this coverage somewhere, reading comments, and blowing a gasket and her boyfriend is catching strays left and right.
Happy Halloween!!, I'm not sure about the upcoming Snow White film by DailyWire, but it has to be better than whatever Disney and Zegler are doing.
Brett Cooper basically has to do nothing to be a better Snow White than Zeglar. Yet Brett already looks the part and has the correct attitude.

Nope, not cancelled. Delayed until "at least" March 2025. I still don't trust Disney to make it the "right way" at this point. Only time will tell.
Here's a prediction: Disney will wait and see how The Hunger Games prequel, in which Rachel Zegler has a lead role, performs at the box office. If it tanks, it's a foregone conclusion that Disney will either (a) reshoot the movie with someone else playing Snow White, or (b) cancel the film altogether.

I’ve mentioned this before, but I’ll say it again. But Hollywood at this point really doesn’t care about how bad these remakes, sequels, reboots, etc. to these established IPs are. What they care about is marketing, and whether that marketing is for better for worse, if people are talking about it, they benefit from it.
I mean, if someone out there really wants to make their own type of show, book, or movie with all the diversity and representation, then go for it. But make them your own characters without touching someone else’s. It’s not like Disney is a stranger to this. A good example of this, is in the Pixie Hollow series. Most people will notice that nobody was criticizing the depiction of characters like Iridessa or Silvermist. Now maybe one can argue it’s just a fantasy kid show, so it doesn’t really matter. But I’d argue that this is because the series went out of its way to give these two fairies, their own personalities, and created a much bigger world to explore each type of fairy and their abilities. As many would point out, Tinker Bell and her friends, all differ from one another but that’s what it actually makes the series, much better. As we witnessed them working together and finding a balance to what they can do.

It’s so weird seeing Disney go from not hiring people with dwarfism to play the dwarfs cause it’s racist, to having a “diverse cast of magical creatures”, but then taking the people out of the part and replacing them with cgi versions of the characters and only having one dwarf actor voice all the parts. Disney might actually save money if they can the movie all together and deny it’s existence

I don't know anyone who is looking forward to the Snow White remake. The only thing I can say is I'm glad the dwarf is a dwarf, but I cant believe they just hired one guy when originally there were at least 5 of them. I think they should just scrap that movie and remake it the right way.
Disney tried to pull a Sonic move but it failed lol. Sonic's controversy only came from the character design but "modern" Snow White are way worst than that (bratty Zegler, 7 weird activists then C.G.I dwarf face and the unfaithful original story). 😅😑

Why don't they just replace Rachel Zegler at this point? I mean if they have the time and money to replace all the dwarves, why not replace Rachel Zegler too? She's beyond a PR Nightmare. And Disney would get way more respect and more money if they just replace Rachel Zegler. Sonic Changed his whole look way late in production, and they filmed like a third of Back to the Future with Eric Stolz before being replace by Michael J Fox. Both these movies moved on to make a ton of money. I just don't understand why Disney refuses to get rid of Rachel Zegler. It's like they hate money.

I think the Diz is about to get a HARD REBOOT at the executive level. All pending projects will be scrapped and a new roster announced soon after.
You know what; Imma say it, cuzz no one else is; ABC's Once Upon A Time from 2011 was/is already a re-imagining of the Disney Classics come to live action, with Snow and the Evil Queen at its helm (MY Kick Ass Snow White will always be Ginnifer Goodwin)..... AND it was pretty decent (AND more importantly; F U N), with way better adaptations/re-imaginings of characters than ANY of the Live Action Disney produced schlock we've been getting since... Especially for its first five seasons...why are we even doing this anymore???

Sounds like Rachel lies in interviews and is a bonafide hypocrite. She either likes the Snow White ride going on it many times, or in another interview, tried it once and was terrified never to go again. Disney picked a class act who hates the original story of Snow White and wants to rewrite the classic.
This film should never see the light of day. It started out wrong and just keeps getting worse. Regardless of any changes Disney makes between now and March, 2025, this project can only crash like the Hindenburg. The audience has already rejected it. They should just lock every frame of film away in a vault and move on.

Disney’s Snow White remake has to be a different story than the original, they cast a Wicked Witch better looking than Snow White. There is no need for a poison apple.
All the issue with the seven dwarfs, is because of something the Peter "Dickless" said in a podcast about Disney being inclusive for casting the Rachel Zegler as Snow White but still continuing with the seven dwarfs. Because of that for no aparent reason, the next day Disney had anouced that they would not use the seven dwarfs but the seven magical creatures, then after the pics that got leaked, Disney changed the seven magical creatures, back to the dwarfs, but now as CGI characters.
Preach you sarcastic wonder.. I'm gonna need that black widow picture... for research reasons.

They have to build 7 creatures in cgi from scratch, then redo shoots with them because of eye level interaction, then recast voice actors for them. What a mess
I thought by now Disney would say okay were done. But Disney almost always dubbles down.
I am guessing the delay has nothing to do with reshoots or extending post production work. Rather, Disney is hoping that, with the passage of time, people will forget about the off putting remarks of its star. This way, by the time the film opens in 2025, the film's reputation will not be tainted with such negativity.
