1 year certificate if you do not have 500hrs work experience supervised by a Canadian certified ECE.

If you got Level 3 in BC, yes it is transferrable to Ontario as both are part of the Labour Mobility Agreement.

Regarding Alberta level up accreditation, I believe you should have added courses based on what they identify you need to take. Otherwise, it's best to email them again and clarify.

hi, mam if one has done Post Graduate Diploma in Early childhood care and education (1year) from outside Canada so does that helps in BC PNP?

Your post graduate diploma in ECE outside Canada might guarantee an ECE certificate depending on the assessment. For it to help you in BC PNP, that I am not sure. You have to check it if it counts.

@@SinghSaab-mo6sb Having a higher degree is always the best option. For example, having the bachelor's degree in ECE will allow you to get a Level 3 certificate.
As to applying for immigration in Canada, the higher the degree you have, the higher points you will get.
