- As I got new furniture, this rolltop desk we had for many, many years was unfortunately at the end of both its usefulness and its lifespan. It was still in good condition but no one wanted it. So I went ahead and give it a farewell burning.

My brother in law’s house was emptied out by his “church family” after his suicide. We had so many details to attend to at that time. My mother in law left that house to her sons…..I was going to burn all the broken furniture and junk left behind but it all got thrown into a large clean out dumpster …….Bear obviously thinks the cops would be called on any bonfire I have bc of it’s size. True…. But I have firefighter training from the military and in my 23 yrs living here, I have not ever set the woods on fire…… only almost; those only count in horseshoes and hand grenades….or so I’ve been told………😁

Why do you buy/burn so many routers? Do you work in IT or do they just keep breaking?
Some of the routers had been out of commission, from lightning strikes to others that are infected with denial of service. This was the last time I replaced a router after I made the switch to hotspot internet since I no longer get any good broadband service in town.
